FSUSA Butterscotch Almond and Fireball

This is my first juice review so I will try and be as descriptive as possible.

I received my order of Fireball and Butterscotch Almond about 1 week ago. I tried both as soon as I got them and the flavor was a little weak. But the quality and clarity of the juice was very evident. l put them away to steep for a few more days.

The Fireball is 36 mg and I was surprised at first because I was expecting an Atomic Fireball Flavor which it is not. It is the exact flavor of a regular fireball hard candy. It has great vapor and TH and get better by the day. I really love this stuff and would highly recommend it to anyone. The best description that I can give to those that have never tried a Fireball candy is a little tart, a little sweet with just the right amount of spice. This has been my all day vape for the past 2 days and the flavor is quite addictive.

Butterscotch Almond is 24 mgs. This stuff is amazingly good. Doesn't really taste like a butterscotch or almond but is not too sweet, not too heavy but just exactly right. It also gets better by the day but sadly I won't have it too many days as I just can not keep myself away from it. I would highly recommend trying this flavor.

I just receved 10 different flavors today and will also review them at a later date.

I have to add that I am very impressed with the customer service that this company has to offer. Each order is individually made to perfection at the time the order is placed. Another thing that I really love about FSUSA is that all of their ingredients, nic, flavor, PG/VG is ALL made in the USA and the quality is remarkably evident in each juice that I have sampled. FSUSA will continue to be my go to juice supplier.

I have also tried FSUSA's Atomic Fireball and regular butterscotch and they are great. The AC started out a bit fruitier than I though it would but has mellowed over time and is even better than when I first got it. Same with the butterscotch, is was good when I first got it and has gotten better with time.

I got a sample of their butterscotch almond. Didnt pick it up for a week because I didnt really care for how it sounded but its outstanding. Will order more. Prefection just like all of their liquids.

Yes. Fireball is a bit fruity but mellow fruity not tart. I think that I had a hot cinnamon flavor in mind when I ordered so was surprised when i got this. I really can't say enough about how good it is. Nothing at all like some of the hot cinnamon varieties around.

Fruity like juicy fruit gum is a good description of the fireball.

I do not care for Butterscotch, and Almond isn't a flavor I particularly care for either -but for some reason this Butterscotch Almond is amazing to me!

I had requested a sample of it on one of my orders, because everyone was raving about it...and I'm so glad I did! I added a little splash of fruit to it today, and it's really really good too.

I am beginning to think there's something wrong with me as I cannot taste much of any flavor with either the Fireball or Butterscotch Almond. They smell divine!! But taste and TH..well, I get neither. (24mg, 80/20 PG/VG on all)
I just got my order today and am wondering even though it's been exactly one week since ordering, should I let the bottles sit for a while, leave them open to breathe or is this not usually necessary? This isn't the first time I haven't tasted a flavor from them...last time it was Peanut Butter Cup (just a "hint" of flavor on that one, and what I could taste was very good). I can taste the tobacco flavors and always get a TH with those, so I am VERY frustrated that I cannot seem to taste any of the other flavors from them.
Maybe it's me and I'm doing something wrong here.. who knows?
All I do know is, I am SOOOO frustrated I'm about ready to give up. This is my 4th order of juices to find the "sweet spot" and I am no closer today than I was a month ago.
(Can ya tell I'm frustrated??)

Edit: I just realized the two flavors are apparently not an 80/20 PG/VG mix..does anyone know what the mix is when there is no option to choose your own?? Maybe this is my issue - getting LOADS of vapor which is awesome, but again, no flavor and no TH on 24mg's seems odd..
any thoughts?

From what I recall on their sale thread or somewhere else on the boards their special blends with no % option are all 50/50 PG/VG since they feel it stays truest to their recipe of how it should feel/taste. Hope that helps!

Now, if I could only figure out WHY the heck I cannot taste this stuff or get a TH. Everyone else loves this vendor and I am trying REAL hard to be a fan as well because their customer service is out of this world awesome!! I just cannot seem to get that taste everyone else is raving about...

The little bit I can taste is divine, but the stuff I ordered could really use a much bigger shot of flavor. I ordered what I thought was 80/20 and found out later that the liquids without an option were 50/50 too, so I figured that was the issue. Unfortunately, the stuff that was available in 80/20 is super light on the flavor as well. The TH is a bit better, though.

If FSUSA offered a double or triple shot of flavoring they'd end up becoming my go-to supplier. I got the impression in my email conversation with David that this isn't something they want to do. I got the "you can't please everyone!" explanation, which I can understand. It's their business and most seem overjoyed with the liquids as they are. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, I guess.

I agree, with 80/20 the TH is better, but again agree with the flavor issue you're having too. What a bummer! Aside from the lack of flavor I'm getting, the juice itself seems very smooth and clean..nothing like some of the others I've had (harsh and leaves my throat feeling really scratchy).
As for adding flavors, you can opt to add a flavor to any ejuice for free, so I'm wondering if you can order one flavor and add the same flavor for a "double shot" sorta kick? Might be worth a try, although without looking at the website I don't know which flavors exactly are available to add to the juice, but from what I remember there's quite a few to pick from. Look at the top of the juice lists and it'll say "Add a slash of flavor to any ejuice" (or something similar). Then you can see which flavors are available to be added to the ejuice you choose to purchase.

I will say again, their juices are quite clean and smooth which is a nice change from the other...umm..."stuff" I've ordered. Maybe our taste buds just need time to mature into the non-smoker phase??

Fwiw - they have doubled up flavors for me before with no issue. i don't know if it's something they would want to do all the time but, everytime i've asked it hasn't been a problem.

As I said in my original post they were not flavorful enough for me either when I first got them. You really need to let this stuff steep. That Fireball has become my daily vape and I didn't care much for it when I first got it. The Butterscotch Almond and Creamsicle are exactly the same way. It gets better and better everyday. I have found this to be true with any of the hand mix to order juice that I have tried. Even another very popular one here on the board. If you can possibly leave the lid off overnight and then put the lid back on, shake it up and wait a few more days the flavor will be totally different. I sent a sample of the BA to a friend and she experienced the same thing. Today is day 5 and she is loving it! Hope that helped.

Most definitely I will let it sit for a bit. Actually, it's in my fridge right now, caps off for the night. Tomorrow I will take them out, put caps on and shake, shake, shake, try again They all smell SO good!!
Hopefully after a few days, they will be some flavors I can really enjoy. Fingers crossed!

They will taste like they smell! I keep mine in my closet. Cool, dark place. Not sure about keeping them in fridge.

I have some others in my fridge (due to our A/C giving out on us)
So far the flavors haven't changed at all. They just need to be allowed to warm up a tad before trying to refill or prime the atty. But so far, putting in the fridge has been ok.
Almond Joy sounds good..is the coconut overpowering in this juice? I have Pina Colada and it's just TOO coconutty lol - very thick and cannot vape it longer than maybe an hour.

It really is amazingly great tasting liquid...even if it does seem a bit mild at this point.

The almond joy taste exactly like an almond joy. seriously would be the same taste as eating an Almond Joy. Not too much coconut at all. I could vape this all day (if I had more than 10 mls). This is honestly the first chocolate anything that I have liked to vape and I do like my chocolate!

They have been the only juice vendor I have been able to rely on so far for top quality puffing. I have tried maybe 50 flavors from a dozen or so highly rated vendors. That being said, I am a newbie and my taste buds vary DRAMATICALLY from day to day. But david and pams juices (while my taste buds are changing) never taste bad while many others do. Some of their flavors are a bit subtle especially with a higher vg content. But I would rather have a subtle good/light flavor than a strong dirty sock flavor like I get from some of the other vendors.

Can you puff other vendor's juices and get good taste? If so maybe fsusa is just not a good fit. Like I said I have tried some other vendors that have hundreds of raving reviews and they tasted like cologne soaked soiled socks to me. So who knows!! Good luck in your taste adventures.

There is an option to add a splash of flavor to your e juice or just leave in the comments that you would like more flavoring and they will do it. I had the problem when I first tried them tasted so good but I could barely taste it. BUt now that I have vaped them longer it tastes terrefic took me about a week to get used to it.

I wouldn't say I've ever gotten a "bad" tasting juice - more so something that wasn't for me, but not "bad". I do understand the PG/VG mix changes the flavor 'pop' so to speak, and I am letting them all sit a while longer to see if that bumps the flavor a tad. They are very good, clean juices, that I will agree with also. The quality is top-notch!

I have been able to taste other vendors flavors and some were quite good (PG ratio was higher) and some left me with a horrible scratchy throat & a very BAD aftertaste - yuck! I do understand it's all trial and error and am working on finding juices to suit me.
I am not giving up on FSUSA's juices though, simply because the quality is so good and at higher PG ratios, I have no problem tasting them. If I do happen to order another 50/50 mix from them, I will be sure to add the flavor option you mentioned.
