My fuchai 213 mod battery bar keeps moving like it's charging itself. Take the batteries out no difference try different batteries no difference sometimes it stops sometimes it just sits there and looks like it's charging itself help

It's a fluctuation in the voltage of the battery. Mine does the same thing. Unless it's quite severe (mine bounces around in .1 or less increments), I'd ignore it.

Welcome and glad you joined. Could also try three additional avenues of inquiry:
Local Vape Shop -----Might be simple.may need eyes on here.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
Sounds like some kind of malfunction, and might not be a game stopper.

It's just reading the voltage, kinda annoying but shouldn't be an issue.
