Looks like it's back ordered from their supplier. Nothing they can do about that. They can't send you what their supplier doesn't send them.

The letter you posted here explains that the Cotton Bacon is not coming to them. They cannot send it to you until they get it from their supplier.

I sent several emails all week, they played.
The juices are great plus my products did not come.
The $ 15 is not going to change my life but America needs to know that Fuggin's default

That says HOLD FOR PICKUP, meaning you have to go to UPS in Miami to get your package.

Fugging sent it to the UPS facility in Miami, it was held there for you to pick up. Either you did not give them a street address or, you selected that option when you ordered. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so you must go get it at UPS.
