Hey Dudes and Dudettes,

We’re excited to bring you the first FunkyVapes contest! We’re still new on the scene so we decided to 'solicit' *cough* ourselves out for some views.

BUT, that means freebies for you guys. So, how do you win? Watch the darn video. But to summarize:

Subscribe to our channel

Add up the three random numbers displayed in our other videos (Watch the whole intro vid )

PM the total to us through YouTube

This will enter you into a random draw to win the 50ml of delicious HoneyVille Vapor juice. (Specific Juices are described in the Video). I’ll add now, that if there is a flavor you know you won’t like, let me know (when you win) and I’ll swap it out for something else, no problemo. If you literally cannot watch YouTube Videos, PM me through ECF and I'll add you to the list for the juices too. If you can subscribe that would be awesome, but I want to make sure everybody gets to enter!

To win the $20 gift certificate to the supplier of your choice in your area and Canadian Currency (US at Par {sorry Europe, lol}) you only have to:

Leave a comment in one of our videos telling us what you would like to see, or some criticisms of our videos (You can leave one comment per video to enter).

ECF EXCLUSIVE Just for you guys, you can leave (1) suggestion/criticism in this thread for that extra chance to win. These ones will be added after the YouTube posts, but doesn't this change your odds obviously.

Both of these prizes will be chosen at random and we will announce the winner in a video on Sunday, July 31st, 2011 Maybe Monday lol.

You can leave a suggestion right in this thread for a chance to win the $20.00 gift certificate, and unless anyone overtly objects, I will count you in the draw for the juices too. I never took into account that not everybody can watch YouTube videos, and I will be sure to add an alternative option for the future! Thanks for pointing out a flaw, things will only get better from here!

My cousin works there, and no sadly. However, he only mentioned that employees cannot vape. I would be curious to see if gamblers would be permitted, although I hope they are not, as I need to save my money for more mods!

Hahaha, honorable shark. Consider yourself entered, I even officially edited the contest rules so it opens the doors wide open now. Spread the word!

I also want to implement an option for a future contests, so tell me what you guys think:

Lots of people are heavy in the juice bottle so-to-speak, so they may not need 50ml of juice (this could apply to gift certificates or hardware too), but some people new to vaping are not so stocked.

I think it would be cool to allow those people to enter their chance to win on behalf of somebody new (say 50 posts or less {this is of course negotiable}) so that new members can have a better chance of winning some freebies.

This would not only help the new guys, but probably create a very good image for the board and encourage new members.

Just a thought, tell me what you think everyone. More video reviews to come, possibly tonight!

Or does the name reflect your doing reviews without shoes on? Not as funky, unless they come out with Smellevision.

I think that is a good idea, but the only problem I see with that is I have encountered where someone I thought was new to vaping, was actually only new to ECF and had better mods than even I did, yet I passed on buying one thinking they needed it more...LOL...my loss, their gain....but you see what I mean? Low post #'s doesn't always equal new vaper. ECF does have some of the most giving people I have ever encountered tho, that is for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats a good point actually. I tend to be too trusting of people, but I don't think it would be a huge problem. I am going to run it through our Marketing team, and possibly the VP of promotions here at FunkyVapes (these people of course being my alternate personalities) and before the next contest comes around, hopefully I'll have a way to judge real noobs from fake ones.

Maybe I'll ask them what they think of pre-filled cartidges, haha.

Hahaha, the funky flavours will come in soon enough. Hopefully we start getting suppliers interested in our reviews so we can try (and give away) free samples. Things are going to take off in the Funk Department I assure you. Our funk is based on the relaxed atmosphere, the music, (and I assure you soon) the comedy.

We currently have some parody music reviews in the works (for both good and bad reviews), with local musician guest stars and I'm trying to snag my girlfriend into the mix to sing, and offer some female perspective.

We are working on debates, and maybe some skits too. We're trying to have as much fun with this as possible. I think people will be pleased, and our early followers will love the growing format.
