Hi all! I'm from Ashe County and I've just decided to make the switch to e-cig's. I'm waiting until August, at which point I'm moving so I'll quit being a future NC vapor and start being a SD vapor. But since there's no SD forum, I figure I'll play with ya'll for the time being
