Sorry for asking stupid questions but is it correct that we are there yet?
I was offline for a couple of weeks so I missed all news since mid of March.

Thx

Yes we are there yet (feels nice to be able to say this for once). I recommend checking your mailbox right now. Mine was shipped to the states, forwarded to me, and I had it last week. :)

edit: Dan was quicker but it is still just as satisfying, anyone tired of seeing 'are we there yets' in co-op threads should jump on this chance and stick in a 'yes we are'. :toast:

Well once I had all the parts it took 2 weeks to get them all boxed mailed out, so not too bad IMHO.
If anyone is missing anything please PM me and I will make it right!

Not an unch of criticism towards you Dan, you and your team of helpers are the heroes in this story and deserve tons of credit! I am hinting to some other threads fairly strongly too though.

PS, after you've had a chance to relax, I may hit you up for a few long screws, LOL. My hope locally turned into 'special order, 2 weeks and 1000 piece minimum order'. I got the nuts at Ace, but don't remember if they had the screws. I will check there in about a month.

Is there a master list of the individual items and where replacements can be purchased? I'd like to buy some spares as well.

Thanks to pseudus googling 'gtankus' gets to his site 1st hit, there is a parts section, but without links. IIRC, most all the small parts are from McMaster-Carr, and can easily be tracked down there. The 1/2" screw is part # 91772A059, packs of 100 for $8 + shipping. Sort of the same model with everything. If you start eating them today, you will never make it through the whole bag.

I'm holding out for Ace. :)

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Ace near my house recently started carrying a variety of machine screws, including 0-80, M1.6, M2, etc. They haven't carried these until recently.

I'm also surprised to hear that they have Ace Hardware stores in Poland. Who knew?

We don't have Ace here, so I have to fly to the states to go to one. They are such friendly helpers though, that the trip is worth it.

Lol, email ACE that story...they'll build a commercial around it...you'll be famous...then we'll all be posting away saying "remember that Asdaq guy?...and how he used to be all about the mod?...he sold out man!, now it's nothin' but chicks, limos and booze...I heard his last "Blockbuster" went straight to DVD...the guys a bum...

No ACE hardware stores in Poland eh?

A ProVari mini looks like it'd be nice with these smaller mods, but I think the 700mah would kill me. Any opinions on the mini vs the regular ProVari? Would be nice to have a backup for this summer while I'm at the DZ on the weekends.

I just got a black mini last weekend. I'm using it with the 18350 batt and the 3ml GTUS configuration. It's become my favorite setup. It looks good and balances well in my hand. It's only about 1/2 a drip tip longer than a regular ProVari with a standard length tank/carto on it. I'll try to get pictures later of the 2 side by side and post it.

Oh - I go through about 2 batts a day. I vape-a-lot, but switch between the mini & GTUS and standard & io6 atty for dripping.

Here ya go. I got a picture of the mini with the GTUS with the 3ml tank compared to full size ProVari's.
