I have a SGV3(1.9ohm) and my GTUS Ego-tank(2.1ohm) with the same juice and the SGV3 definitely has better flavor/th. I think that's just a product of the upper/lower atty chambers. I use a silicone cap and removed both the plugs as suggested by AG and it's a little better but not close to the SGV3. I'm also using some mouthpiece covers I purchased with the tanks.

Nothing I have used can compare to a "properly" working SGV3. NOTHING~!, But they are SUPER trick to get working.

Yea, I've been using a SGV3 daily since last October or so. Probably took a couple weeks to learn, but once I had it figured out it was great. Can't wait for the mini to come in! That being said I really haven't had any issues with the GTUS minus replacing the screw with a stud and nut. Now I just need to increase the temp of the vapor just a little bit and I'd be happy. I'm assuming since the Ego tank's plastic helps reduce the temp drop that the GP will be a step up...is that the case?

Agreed, my SGV3 is the goto RBA in my collection when it comes to shear versatility...since sealing the center post and going to a vape chamber air hole and making little connector post extenders for dual coil set-ups for either cotton or mesh (or one of each ;))...you can go from a sedate evening vape to a full on, almost unvapeable Hellfire copy in 10 mins...sure, it's huge but I have to say, I'd part with my Ody before my V3...

Hi Guys,
Hate to be a PITA but I should have an unassembled G-Tank-US that I bought in the classifieds in a few days. As I'm a closet vaper(wife doesn't know), I'm going to have to build this at work. Unfortunately all of the assembly instructions are only available on youtube, which is blocked on my work computer. Can anyone give me a condensed version of how to assemble? Or at least point me in the right direction? TIA.

Any of your work buddies have a smart phone? You could borrow it and watch youtube from the phone.

Yeah, it looks like I'll borrow a smartphone or a laptop with mobile broadband to watch the videos, any estimates on assembly time for a noob? And Mike, are you an avid fly-fisher and/or on paflyfish.com. I live to fly-fish, I'm in Old FOrge, maybe we could get together and do some fly fishing and vaping?

Been a fly tyer and fly fisher for quite a long time. I don't spent much time on paflyfish. If I get up to the Scranton area, I'll give you a heads up and perhaps we can have a fish and vape day. Check out our club website at mainlineflytyers dot net.

And now back to the regular broadcast - G-Tank-US

Finally after living in a hotel after our place got flooded, we are settled in our new place and it was time to put together my GTUS.
Gorilla Epoxied last night, patiently waited til today to construct.
Put it together in TTank configuration, worked first time. Now I am going through the 24 hour seasoning. But so far so good and looks great on my Sturm Mod.
Nice one Dan!!!
