I don't know what I'm doing but I've been reading here and some genisis threads. I'm gonna give the mesh/oxidization/kanthal a try, maybe ask for more help if needed, then sell it if needed. Figure it is a good opportunity, worth a try, and should sell really easily worst case scenario.

1. Sorry if i missed this but regarding A4 or A3 400mesh; which is preferable ?
I think A4 and A3 just refers to the size of the sheet and has nothing to do with the material itself. A4 size is roughly 8.5x11", A3 is roughly 11x16"
uke, if you order it here McMaster-Carr you will get a 12x12 sheet and, since they have warehouses all over the US, it will be at your door within one day usually.

Uke the Mesh factory you get double of what Mcmaster-Carr gives you for the price and 32 Kanthal works well. I'm running 2 G-tanks and they do work super, they put out great vapor and the flavor is SUPER !!!

i got the ebay Kanthal 32 and it was a breeze...heads up there'e 9 more i think, but super easy and auto $2. first class shipping... to Hawaii that's easy but not always available.

This is only somewhat true...
When you purchase a sheet of 400 SS Mesh from The Mesh Company they will give a free sheet of their "Super Fine" SS Mesh, which is different than the #400 sheet of SS Mesh.

I'm not sure what grade the Super Fine SS Mesh is.
The Mesh Company states that the Super Fine SS Mesh is their replacement for the #400 SS Mesh when they run out of their supply of the #400 SS Mesh.
It has been said that the Super Fine SS Mesh sheet that they give you free is #325 SS Mesh. However, I don't believe that this has ever been verified.
I call it "Super Fine SS Mesh from the Mesh Company" because that's what it is.

Hi I dont know if its in here or around this forum, but what is the total maximum height of this unit?
Contact The Mesh Company and ask them what their Super Fine Mesh is all about...
