So I got this device a few weeks ago, and I really quite like it. The Italian Galileo was my first mod ever, so the design is very near and dear to me, and the USA looks and works perfect after a good cleaning and a new spring (the spring that came installed was far too stiff for my girly piano fingers to handle :p). Overall I'm very happy with it.

My only question/concern, though, is the positive screw post. The head of it is rather sharp and has been cutting into the top of my batteries. I don't think this would be an issue, but it's definitely not preferable. I've been looking around to switch the screw with one that has a wide flat head, or sanding the installed screw a bit, but I'm not sure what metal is used... it's doesn't seem to be aluminum.

What would you guys recommend?
