Hi there!

Well it was only a few weeks ago that i discovered the world of Vapour and ecigs! I must admit I got all excited about it, the thought of quitting analogs (lol i only just figured out what that meant a few days ago) is something that has been on my mind lately. So i did a little research and read through a few threads on here and took the plunge. :) I was a pack a day (20-25) smoker for the last 18 years.. Im also a type two diabetic (diagnosed roughly two years ago). Im thinking one thing at a time.. and what better than quitting the analogs!

So here I am, introducing myself. A few days ago I received my Ego-C 1000mAh (still totally lost about all the different models and parts lol) and I tried it out.. was different but had no kick i got from the analog..Then i got the liquid nicotine i ordered last week (arrived yesterday) and wow what a difference that made (got my throat kick yay) ! ok so its only been two days, but i haven't bought or smoked any analogs .. so fingers crossed!

Anyways at the moment im still learning all the vapour jargon, different mix types, and mixing ratios and techniques.. I look forward to learning more about this new world, and hopefully even make a few friends! I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.. i guess this is the best way i can describe it..

so i'll leave it here..and go learn a little bit more... dont be shy to say gday!

K from Sydney :) ohh ill go look for an awesome counter for my signature now.. :p

Heya Khemist. Welcome. Happy to help if you need advice. Best hardware vendors in our land, IMO: Vapebar, JuiceWh o r e, Ecigmodshop, and Vapeking Between those four you will find most everything you need (except nicotine, natch).

Heather's Heavenly Vapes makes fantastic E-liquids and doesn't gouge you for international shipping.

H-E-L-L-E-R, CONGRATS & WELCOME from the U.S! You now have waay over 100,000 friends now & that was before more countries joined. It's 24-7 & the best community you could join, we have brilliant minds in ecf to answer, asvise, listen, commiserate, encourage & celebrate. I never looked back from my first vape, finding what I've always craved but my better half took longer, you're on the right road now & is the hardest step, be proud! We're happy you feel better, wait & see 3-4 months from now, it keeps getting better, except maybe your wallet if you get crazy spending. What Milligram # is your juice/liquid? The amount of nicotine has to do w/throat hit, but you also don't want higher than you need. Also, what are you using w/your eGo battery? Cartomizer, Atomizer, Clearomizer, Tank? There's lots of great things to try that aren't expensive & always something new/innovative, a very exciting time to be a Vaper! You'll be surprised how quick you learn terminology & names/categories of products, esp. by talking/writing in ecf. You could even make your own liquid one day, not too hard & very fun/cost effective. Also, good luck reigning in the sugarbetes monster too, one thing at a time, you can do it!!!
