The medusa is my first rba. I got the geekvap mech pro kit for $42-$43, cant beat that. Im actually pretty surprised with the flavor for a cheap r(dt)a

I dont really have problems with leaking. Even when i fill it close to the bottom of the deck and dont use a lot of cotton, as long as i dont leave it on its side. Keep it up right and its been fine for me. I just dont bring it out with me. If i do, its if im not going to be out long and keep it in my cup holder stuffed w a rag. My cup holder is shaped like a u so the mod fits great in the flat part and i put the rag in front of the mod to keep it from tipping.

I jus dont like to color to the cap/drip tip. It looks like it was supposed to be clear and got really dirty/yellowed out. The drip tip color and midsection turning while adjusting the air flow are my only gripes about it. Ill have to try the dental floss trick. Getting that to work and switching the drip tip and id have no complaints. Are there any drip tips i can replace this one with?

Glad you're liking it. Yeah, I think the flavor is great too.
A regular 510 drip tip fits in the existing cap but a little loose for my liking. A couple of wraps of dental floss fixed that. As far as I know there are no "replacement" caps/mouthpieces available to fit the Medusa.

Ya i have a 510 in there. I jus can't stand the color of the top cap/chuff cap. Things ugly as sin imo lol

I believe The Vgod cap could be made to work on the Medusa, going to order a few from China one of these days. I know I could pretty easily make Voltrove drip tip fit, it might even self thread in place, almost the perfect size ans would look much better then the Ultem. Unfortunately I can't find a replacement for the Voltrove, and Modfather hasn't answered yet otherwise I would have tried it already.

I wouldn't have a SS one made, too hot. I'd get an acrylic/resin one made.

Ya that's true.

Really? What is it would have to do to get it to fit?

I’ve had mine for a couple of weeks and have been enjoying it a lot. Straightforward to build and wick, and I have had no problem at all with filling, although it’s definitely a task you do not want to do in dim light.

The one thing I felt was lacking was a bottom feeder pin. Seems that v2 of the Medusa solves that, which is great. On the down side, the build deck has been redesigned – not a fan of that.

Some pics from the geekvape site. The BF pin is not shown, but the product info says it is included. Link is: Medusa Reborn RDTA | GeekVape

If the top cap is too loose you can put a wrap or two of dental floss under the two orings.

Hi! I have used little strips of teflon plumbing tape with good results.

I forgot about this post and recently picked up a vgod trick tank. The top cap does not fit the medusa. Bummer
