O.K.. Everyone says KGD is great. I tried it before, and hated the taste. But, I am giving it another try. Just built my KFLs with it. It is really easy to work with! It is wicking great. But, it does have a taste. This time, I primed the atty longer than normal. Hoping that would resolve the taste issue. It helped, but...
Maybe, after I vape her a little longer... Maybe, the other atty 'in waiting' will taste better coming out of the gate...

Had a huge event at the house today. My wife is a kitchen designer and they have a charity kitchen walk and our house and another of her houses was on the walk so we had a 1000 people through today. It was an awesome day but as an introvert, that's a whole lot of stressful chit chat. And the beast was very upset he couldn't bark at people or sit on his favorite couch and was stuck in the basement. As far as he is concerned, the day is all about him because he is excessively awesome.
1000 people! Oh my! You would have to get a rubber room ready for me. I hate people in my home! I had to deal with hundreds of people a day in business. So many hours a day! My home became my sanctuary. So, I got weird about it.

I used the KGD last night with the the Mr Good Vape "Moon Sugar" juice ...love it! Good vape and taste!

I vaped the first tank. Over time, the taste lessened. Or, I just got used to the taste. I am now vaping the 'tank in waiting'. I still taste it, but not as much. Maybe, sitting overnight made a difference.
When I boil my rolled cotton, I never have a 'taste'.
I didn't notice any "off taste"....it wicked great.. Full flavor...I'm on second tank...now of coffee so I can compare... Still awesome.
I did have to make some air adjustments of the KFL+...but after a small tweak...perfection!

Not yet, waiting for the set up I have to get dirty so I can change it, but use the same juice so I can see if I can see if the taste is off. I notice a taste on all cotton except the loose weave gauze. Its the closest to the Ekowool in lack of taste. On a out of the bag new piece of Ekowool there is a taste, but it very , very quickly disappears. WIth cotton it stays for a long time, and goes away usually an hour before it gets so gunked up that its time to change out. So its not my favorite.
I love the Ekowool because I can use one piece over and over at least 5 times, but I think its closer to 10 recoilings. I will see how I find the Japanese cotton pad. I like the form factor and how one can just cut a strip and slide it in the coil.

Cotton from Japan? No. First we invented the radio. Then they started making them and we went out of the radio business. We invented the TV. Then they started making them and we went out of the TV business. We invented the car. Then they started making them and we're all but out of the car business. I won't give them our cotton. Eli Whitney would be turning over in his grave with the cotton gin he made and then they made better. Thank goodness we still kick their ... at making movies and fast food. That way we can enjoy our thoroughly American made fat burgers (which we picked up in our Toyota Prius'es) while watching Godzilla (on our Japanese TV's)
