What do you guys/gals think of the throat hit comparison? I am hoping that the higher nic is a bit smoother. 36mg is a perfect strength for me, but the TH was just to harsh for me. I found that the 18mg gives me the perfect TH, but then I am only getting half the nic I like. Any insight would be great. Ready to place an order but don't want to go through the cost of finding the best TH for me.

Thanks for any insight with these premiums.

I'm so ....... These are too good, and I'm looking at 30+ boxes of the old PG sitting on my shelf. I wish I could trade them all today.

Received 4 prem flavs today and have been moving between them tonight while watching Olym hockey. Well, bravo for the V4L team! Bigger plumes of vape, punchier TH, instant start-up, and more intense flavs all work for me. Haven't timed a full carto yet, but a few good folks here seem happy in that regard. Man, what's not to like?

But you may not like these if you prefer more discrete vapor clouds or a quieter ride--these do crackle a bit, which nicely reminds me of smoking a cig. Or if your favorite flavs aren't available. With any luck, though, we'll see them transfer everything over here eventually. As long as the cartos' lifespan and durability remain strong.

By the way, any sour green apple fans will feel they've gone to heaven. I've never had an 18mg PG kick like this.
(Quad, can't help you with the TH comparison since I've never used more than 18mg, and this seems stronger to me. I lost my breath during my first full hit of the apple.)

Just one reporter's opinion, having fun here in sunny CA. YMMV. Trust nothing I write! ;)

Aight. Just making sure it's not a malfunction.

Peace & chicken grease.

You want the "crackle pop". Trust me. :)

If you consider your best old-style carts at their peak, you'll notice some crackle-pop. What that sound tells you is that it has very fully vaporized the liquid and gas surrounding at least part of the atomizer and is interacting with the air at that point. Think "after-burner". So you're "getting what you paid for" and getting the kind of performance you would expect from a higher voltage.

I've built prototype atomizers now that can do that instantly consistently and they're actually not great performers because they vaporize too much surrounding liquid too fast - so striking a fine balance is difficult. Kudos to V4L for finding a balance!

I'm curious if anyone has noticed battery life difference with the premium cartos. I have a suspicion, but I'm going to be deliberately quiet so as not to influence anyone's thinking before they report. ;)

I love the crackle-pop too! It gives us an indication that its working!

I get my premiums and other cool stuffs today, I think, goody. PO opened 12 minutes ago and I'm ON it. I've been topping carts that I don't love, and some that I do but that have gone mostly dry, with all sorta dramatically good new flavor combos, so nothing will go to waste. I have so many cartos that with a good juice stock-up I think I'll be set for something close to forever. Val, that was you in chat yesterday? Had no idea. I'd have hugged you twenty times.

I heart V4L. Big time.

I think the new throat hit is awesome. You can really feel thick warm vapor. Its not tooo harsh, its just about right. Excellent job guys! These things take vaping to a whole new level

BTW- The watermelon is AMAZING. Its probably my new all day vape. It used to be my favorite in the beginning but the old carts started barley hitting, these babies are magnificent!

I've tried 3 so far, Smilin' Menthol, Parliament Menthol and Kant. The vapor, flavor and throat hit on all of them are killer! Each seemed to have a different endcap, and condom/but plug arrangement.

The Smilin' Menthol has a thick rubber endcap which comes out easily. The Parliament Menthol endcap will not come out without breaking. The Kent has more of a standard KR8 endcap and came out easily. I'm hoping that this is just growing pains, but the interior of each also appears different.

So while I'm a little frustrated with the endcap differences, the performance improvement is huge! It sure looks like Leaford is accomplishing his goal of bringing huge vapor to the Vapor King! Because these sure live up to that name!

Thanks, glad you like it! The endcaps were something we just couldn't get changed before CNY at one of our new manufacturers. After CNY all of them will have the soft easy to remove mouthpieces. And that's just the beginning!

I found another manufacturer whose carts put out even MORE vapor! They don't make a compatible model right now, and couldn't start before CNY, but after CNY they'll start working on it, and I am here to tell you it will blow your mind!!!

Quick question to anybody who used these new cartos for a while, did someone noticed a burnt filling taste on those yet? Is the inside built about the same as the old ones allowing the filling the be burned if it is used while the filling around the coil is a bit dry?

I noticed a burned electric-wire type smell on my first premium 555, and it was hardly used yet. I put it aside & have a new one going, and it's working real well, no burnt stink.

I'm loving the new carts as well. I've only tried 555 and RY4 so far, but they are great! More vapor and flavor, and the crackling sound makes me smile. I refilled the 555 last night with good results too. I did have to break the cap to get it off, but replacing it with a cap from an older cart worked just fine.

I'm going to go order some more before ya'll clean them out!

Seems that battery life has to be better since vaping's immediate. I used to give my manuals a sec to heat before vaping, but not these. Just like a cig, actually.
