So I just got a G-PRIV2 Luxe and imI wondeiwon what people who alrwady have it think about the mod. Also, I decided to use my vaporesso Cascade on it instead of the TFV12 as the EU only has a 2ml capacity against the cascades 7/2ml. (To buy the tanks where I go to they're the same price).

I've had my gpriv 2 on a shelf for a while, not because it sucked but because i moved on to better things.
Imho for the price i paid anything else would've been better lol that mod is too basic for me and costs over 100$ here when i got a geekvape aegis legend for 80$, not worth it to me + never liked their tanks as they never worked for me at all.

I don't have any general thoughts on smok mods because I don't own any. Generally, I find them to be a bit overpriced, to have intermittent QA issues (although they certainly ALL don't) and I'm hard on my gear, so smok is probably not the manufacturer for me. I think some of them look nice, and they are decent enough for the price point (I suppose provided you don't have QC issues, which you may well not.)
I have heard TC is not great. But hey if you like it and it performs well for you, that's what matters. Certainly plenty of smok enthusiasts out there, etc.

Not a fan of SMOK products myself. I didn't have much luck with the couple that I owned, and when I worked in a vape shop there were more issues with SMOK mods than any other brand -- way more. I'm certainly not the only one who doesn't like SMOK products: Why is Smok so popular?

You’re better off using the Cascade. It’s a great tank and the Vaporesso GT coils are far superior in quality to Smok coils in my experience.
I have 2 Cascade tanks and they are, by far, much better than my Smok tanks. The GT coils are excellent but you'll need to get the Ccells if you want to use temperature control.
Couldn't agree more tbh, ever since I got the Casacade I haven't looked at getting anything else, the GT coils perfectly suit what I want too
I love this tank so much that after buying the original Cascade I went and bought 3 Cascade Baby SEs Lol! I had an occasional issue with the coil adapter in the original Cascade. I was so relieved they got rid of it and the horrible GTM coils too lol!
As a matter of fact it is the ONLY drop in coil tank that I use because of the construction and coils. Plus it’s hot looking lol
