Ok basically i'm used to the draw from a carto but really like the flavor from an rba. The carto tank it has a harder pull to it. Now for example a z atty pro has more of an airy draw to it with basically no resistance to the pull. Is there an rba that has a harder pull to it? Basically I want the flavor of an rba that pulls more like a dct carto. Does this make sense am i asking this correctly lol...

Basically i'm wondering if there is a certain type of rba someone can recommend that pulls like a carto and tank.

Actually, genesis atty's generally speaking are available with both loose and tight draw airflow.

Tight draw is typically from 1.0mm to 1.2mm dia single air hole; loose draw is ~ 1.5mm or 1/16th" dia. Personally I prefer a 1.2mm draw.

MMV's atty's are almost always in stock and not super rare or anything but a very well built and designed genesis. They come stock with a 1.2mm draw.

A DID would be a great atty to break into genesis RBA's. The build is fairly straight forward, I like the resistance wire connections, has a larger wick hole, flavor is outstanding. If I had to do it over I would have skipped all the China stuff and bought a DID straight away.

Just my take.

stormrider and qzi megatron have adjustable airflow. the cobra is 1 mm stock. the DID can be had with a 1.2 mm hole, the arashi is 1.1 or 1.2 i think. i do not know any of the cheaper ones.

i like the DID but i love the MMV gemini, and the cobra is my favorite awesome flavor from these two.

cant go wrong with an rsst! insulated wick hole is a plus and the center post can be upgraded to a silver plated brass version. only downside is that it leaks a tiny bit down the center post at the 510 tip. the stock centerpost has a sharp end that needs to be sanded down flat. other than those 2 things its a solid genesis.
