Thanks but I'm not going to order stuff and pay whatever the shipping charges are just to find out I didn't get a genisis.

When you get to checkout they tell you payment instructions will be sent via an emailed invoice.
If your genisis isn't on the invoice you don't need to complete the purchase.
Well, I took the plunge and ordered using the comment section. Just waiting on the email for payment instructions

yeah, i was confused too. i added o-rings to my cart cuz they were the cheapest thing, then checked out with only those in my cart. in the comments on the checkout page, i said i only wanted the LV assembled with 510 connection and not the o-rings. i got an invoice from uwe a few hours later for just the LV assembled, no o-rings. paid via paypal and he said 6 weeks to ship. can't f'in wait!!

(I kicked out this funny guys which ordered and had no idea to pay. Russia is leading there with 11 orders and 1 payment. Second is Croatia, the US stands very good in this ranking).

I hate that people are doing that to you, Uwe.... is this holding up the progress? I am anxiously waiting to hear the batch my order will come out of has started! On both the Genisis and the Kronos....

It's a shame but the order process lends itself to that. You can order without commiting to it (with cash). As soon as you open it up to more than a tightly controlled group some people are going to take advantage of that. I suppose it might not be workable with an international thing but that's why some "stores" here require credit card "payment" up front but don't actually charge the card until the product ships. They put a "hold" on the funds. It's a shame some people are like that but that's life.

i ordered mesh, wire, to begin with... unless you have your own wick/coil materials, you need at least these in your cart.
not to mention that if they aren't doing it again, get the spare parts you need now.

Tai, i placed an order today for wire and mesh, i put a note in the comment section to add Transparent Kronos 510 fitting to the order but when i got the invoice it was just for the wire and mesh. Can you send me a new one with the Transparent Kronos 510 fitting or advise me on what to do please

I am travelling and will not be back before Friday.

We are not a shop but a board-project, where our active members work in their free time for other board members in several boards, which members are not able to do things like this. In our board we have only bank transfer and there was not one who did not pay.
I just setup PayPal for the guys abroad and I did not expect that so many board members are just making jokes. That is normal in commercial life and therefore you have to pay in advance there.
But in a board?
I don't know what is up in the minds of some. If we take our leading team of the non payers, Russia, with 11 orders and one payment, than I think something must be wrong in their mindset.
But to be honest, in total this guys make up about 4%. But shame on them. They are waisting my time.
But we don't loose any money because we have not delivered.

No problem. I just wanted to make sure I got one of the Kronos that isnt spoken for. I got the invoice not long after I ordered the wire and mesh but the cost of the Kronos was not on the invoice. Can I just add the cost of the kronos to the invoice and go ahead and pay it or should I wait until friday when you can check on it?
