Genitank Mini doesn't fire when tightened properly.

Hi, i bought a kangertech genitank mini today after having a lot of problems getting into vaping, particularly with atmos brand, and their horrible customer service. I have a standard 650 mah ego type battery and my tank worked perfectly fine until i refilled it, and now if i tighten it properly it wont fire. It has to be pretty loose on the threads and its not a problem with my battery i think cause my old tank fires on it

Sorry kind of a lack of info lol. Its a bare naked brand battery, the led blinks 3 times when its dead but it gives a solid light for 5 seconds which ive never seen
