Geoff's Blend, why!??

Hi,

I first ordered Geoff's Blend from a vender here in Brazil and I just loved it!! My bottle of juice just ended so quickly that I placed an other order with the same vender. My shipment arrived yesterday and I couldn't wait to drip some of this heavenly liquid and take a big long draw and.... what?!!!! This one tasted totally different, the smell seemed equal but the taste... man... I was so disappointed. It tasted like, like... menthol with... I don't know but the fact is that it's very different from the first one I've bought, even the texture of the liquid is different ( PV/VG is the same than the first one I bought) the first one was much thicker. Oh yeah, and I'm using the exact same Ego battery with an Empire lo rez atomizer. Well I don't know what's happening, is that normal ?
Any idea of what's going on?

Have you ruled out issues with your atomizer/cartomizer/whatever setup your using? If so, then the only idea I have is that it's a different batch and was made slightly differently. You could always contact the vendor and politely complain. Many vendors seem to be very helpful when it comes to that kind of stuff and I've heard of people being sent replacement juice/parts etc.



EDIT: I just re-read your post and saw that you did mention the setup you're using. But I still have basically the same question, as in have you checked whether your atomizer or cartridge etc is burnt, needs to be cleaned, anything like that? If so and you think the gear is fine, then is the taste just less strong than usual or does it taste gross or vastly different?

Oi Damien, tudo bem? I agree with Pelagic, it may be an equipment issue. Try using another brand new atty to see if the original flavor returns. Also, keep in mind that flavors will change from time to time, depending on what you eat, how much water you've had that day, etc. Let us know what happens, valeu!

I thought Geoff's Blend was exclusive to Geoff at Tasty Vapor. Are you getting a knock off or am I wrong?

I have no way of knowing of course, but if the vendor in Brazil is reselling TastyVapor's juice it would stand to reason that vendor would buy it in larger, wholesale quantities & re-bottle it for retail sale. Whatever the label, if there's any concern about the product's authenticity I'd check the TastyVapor Website and/or send them an e-mail.

That said, hopefully the juice will just need to be steeped a bit before using.
