See the milk and bread? In GA, if there is ANY possibility of white stuff from the sky, everyone goes completely bonkers and all the stores sell out of milk, bread, and bottled water.

Idiots.

But if you're in N. GA and awaiting vapemail... mother nature just decided that you need to wait a while longer. Snow falling now, and it started with the nickel/quarter/half-dollar sized flakes, so it won't take long to cover the ground.

As a Canadian that lives in North Carolina I get a good laugh every time it "snows" here. I sit back watch the panic set in and omg do people ever panic.

Just last week on Monday it snowed 1 inch and the following 4 days of school was cancelled.

Tonight we are expecting 4-8 inches of snow and I'm expecting the next month to be pre-cancelled lmao

My kids love it because they get more "snow days" here then they ever did living back home in Ontario lol

AHAHA Andria your Avatar is great! Yeah I am an avid snowboarder and over here in Oregon they are "making" snow at the resorts.. You can blame us for the prayers and switch places with me anytime! I wish I had snow outside, I would be building jumps on the roof!

Lol its the same way here , warmest winter ever, I want some fresh powder!

I'm with AndriaD on the snow here. I don't have any vape mail in route fortunately & i'm stocked up on eliquid so that's a good thing. But school's been closed for 2 days now because us Georgians (at the least the city ones) aren't equipped to drive without causing the kind of messes that land us on the news. Snow's pretty but not when it's not safe to drive because of it.

P.S. I'm from up north so me & hubby know how to drive in snow just fine. That doesn't make much difference though when no one else does lol.

I'm in NW Alabama and there's a few inches on the ground so far. I am originally from Ohio so its not a big deal to me. However, my southern born wife is glued to the window and I get frequent updates...lol.

The only real danger the snow brings in the south is the drivers out in it. I refuse to be on the roads at moments like this. It's only been snowing an hour and there are already tons of accidents on the road.

grew up in NYC. people still drove around with good amount of snow. remember walking to school on days when it snowed. when i first moved down here about 35 yrs ago, yeah... it was amusing watching people scramble to supermarket at first indication of possible snow. but, now days they do better with cleaning up the road if there is some advanced warning. but it's amazing how many people have no idea on how to "drive" on snow. too many accidents at sign of possible snow. after all these yrs, now i go get milk, bread, and eggs too.

i remember back in 93 when i was down at Atlanta for six months... it snowed in one of the early months. i was up in Raleigh visiting my family and when i drove back to Atlanta, my roommates cleaned out local supermarket's beer supply. we had enough for the whole weekend...
