So I had an Upper GI done yesterday and the doctor just called me to tell the results. She said I have severe GERD. Although I know her advice is true, I can't help but laugh at what she told me...
Avoid caffeine, chocolate, smoking, carbonated beverages and anything with tomatoes. Ummmm, what exactly is left to enjoy??

vaping. You can enjoy vaping right? Right?? RIGHT? Just find better flavored vapes to help that sweet tooth or whatever craving you might have.

Yes, I can enjoy vaping. Thankfully I have found vaping and no longer want a cigarette. My main problem is going to be the caffeine.

I have that also, fortunately mine isn't too bad. I told my doctor there was no way I was giving up chocolate and caffeine!! Once I started vaping I went from 2 pills a day down to one

You said carbonated beverages ... but did Dr say all caffeine? Maybe find a good tea that helps calm? Or even just some iced tea?
