Can someone point me to the "clean and fix the atty that came with your first eGo that you totally flooded out and now doesn't vape worth a s**t" thread please?

Seriously though... Been vaping away just fine on dual coils and bloogs, but I need to get a good atty and dripping experience going so I can sample all these juices. Gotta quit filling up cartos with funky juice!

I'm thinking I need to do two things to get this going...

1) Clean and fix two 510 attys. They're practically new. Just blow them out? Boil them?
2) Learn how to drip into an atty correctly. Apparently this whole "dripping thing" does work and is a good experience...

Help me ECF-kenobi, you're my only hope.

I only know how I clean.

Blow out the atty. Pour boiling water into a deep bowl. Use a tongs to hold the atty and scoop water through the atty (I use plastic tongs so I don't scratch the atty). Then tilt the atty underwater to let all air bubbles out and let it soak. 20 minutes later I scoop water through again. Then blow it out and shake it out. Then I drop it into a jar of edible pure grain alcohol (Everclear from a liquor store - I hard to buy it in another state) and I tilt the atty to let out all air bubbles and let it soak. You would use rubbing alcohol but remember that it is poison and make sure it is totally dry before using your atty. Next day I take the atty out of the alcohol, shake it out well, and set it to dry in my drying container (a margarine tub with paper towel in the bottom) and next time I need a clean atty, I get it (it is dry by them) and I prime it very well (4 drops and let it soak down to the coil, then see if it is vapable yet, if not add a couple more drops and wait)

I am no expert at dripping. I only do it to test juices. I mostly use Boge cartomizers. When I do drip on a 510 I use a Joye 306 atty (standard resistance because I am on a slim 510) and a Joye 306 drip tip.

I do know not to drip on auto batteries. All of my batteries are manual. I also know tank attys are not for dripping. Use normal atomizers.
