Don't recommend it. They don't last unless you use clear powder coat on top. Also if you mess up you can screw up your threads. Having warned you you can Google ammonia patina. It is a combo of Ammonia and baking soda. That will be some shade of green to blue. There is another that uses boiled eggs that will be brown. But as previously stated you have to put a clear coat of some type on top and you have to protect the threads and inside of the mod from the corrosion using something like Vaseline.
