Getting an error placing order

I keep getting this error when trying to place an order. I don't have any special characters in any field. It's saying it's the comment section of the form, but I don't have anything but text in there either. Did someone mess with the regular expression?

I finally got it to send when I took out all my apostrophes and question marks out of the comment section. That's definitely a string replace or regular expression issue for the programmer.
