I quit vaping and went back to cigs for the past two years give or take a few months. When I left off, the Joye 510 was still where it was at. I've still got this equipment and it's working for now, but from what I have read vapor production has is much better with some of the newer 5v models.

So my question is this.
What 5v model can I get that wont absolutely break the bank(under $100). I prefer a pass through or some kind of plug in power source to batteries. With my 510's I always used a pass through hooked to the usb on my computer or iphone charger.

I've seen some of the models come with "tanks", Im assuming these are liquid fed.

Suggestions? Cheap routes to get what I'm wanting? Ideas?

I would go with the Vector Variable Volt $75 bucks, free shipping that is always quick! I have a Provari and this device, and for the money you can't beat the Vector! Just as important as he device is the supplier and VAPORBEAST offers INCREADABLE service and they stand behind everything they sell. Worth checking out for sure! Also, you can vape at 5 volts most of the time, but I do like changing the voltage because different e-liquids taste better when you adjust the voltage!

If you're absolutely sold on 5V, COV sells a very inexpensive tube mod regulated to 5V: 5v Wow Mod

That noted, cskent's VV advise is well taken. The Lavatube has its limitations, is a relatively cheaply made Chinese import, but it's become ubiquitous for a good reason: a lot of bang for the buck. This one is a good bet, especially when using the 30% off discount code (vtube30): Apollo VTube Kit

I second the Lavatube/Vtube idea, especially since you can get the standard model for $50, chrome for $60 or a stainless one for $73 shipped with the Vtube30 code. They all come with a one year warranty and 30 day trial.
Put a 1600-2000mah battery in it and you won't need a passthrough to vape all day at 5V or more.
Also, discount code "dad20" gets you 20% off a spare battery or anything else on the site.

Pair it up with a Vivi Nova tank, and you have an unbeatable combination for well under $100.
