Getting Batteries and Chargers in Japan

I'm looking for 18650 rechargeable batteries and a charger and was wondering if, rather than order them from China or the US, I couldn't just buy them locally.

Do you know if any of the big electronics chains like "K's Denki" or Japanese webshops sell them?

Sure, there are a couple shops here that I have dealt with and have batteries and chargers. If you cannot read Japanese, just use Google Chrome to translate the page for you.

Hello again,

after all the support you've given me, I wanted to let you know how it all played out.

Got four AW 18650s (2000mAh) from NoLeaf and an Xtar charger from Bam!Boo. The latter shipped two days after the order, payed with direct debit from my bank account; the batteries arrived after five days, paid cash upon delivery.

As for my other kit, I got a REO Grand, paid for with int'l money order (I don't use paypal because they suck, and they wouldn't accept either of my three credcards) and delivered 13 days after the money order went out. Halo eJuice took a week to arrive, paid with credit card. No hassle whatsoever from customs or posties.
