Sometimes I get bored of vaping and sick of flavors that I went crazy for when I first tried them... then I get the feeling like its a hassle when batteries die and I need to switch ect...

So far, I used a KR808 and afterwards I tried dripping with a 510 atty using a 510 to 901 adapter.

Dripping is ok, but gets annoying if the atty screws up or if I need my hands for other tasks and its about to go dry...

I tried someones vapestack and that seemed pretty good, but its sold out..

I dont want to pay over $80 right now (I know what your thinking :?:)

What could I do / get to keep me going?

Perhaps you need to work out WHY you are vaping instead of smoking.
Smoking is way less interesting than vaping (notice Im not making value judgements), but its simpler. Open pack, light, smoke, finish. There is only one flavor with a cigarette.
If you are bored with multiple flavors, think how much MORE bored you'll become with only ONE..two if you count menthols I suppose.
What part of vaping is the boring part? The messing with little gadgets? Thats a plus for some lol. There's really no way round that right now, thats a common trait of all of them. Still with smoking theres no way around the burning/setting on fire part. No way round the cost either - at least with a PV you CAN limit yourself if you put your mind to it.
I'm not really sure what answer you are looking for - but I think you probably aren't either. If its the actual vaping you are bored with then no amount of mods will change that - if its something else..then maybe you can.

All the best mate :)

Is it at all possible that you're just done with your addiction and vaping is not necessary any more? I've read a lot of posts lately by people who discover that their chains are off and they find themselves vaping less, forgetting to vape, having just one session in the evening? If you're off analogs and getting bored with vaping, can you just stop? Why not give it a try? Maybe you're just one of those lucky ones?

I don't think I vape because it's fun or exciting (but that no box in the mailbox buzz is a nice treat!) or as a hobby. I vape because I became addicted to nicotine and this seems a safer, more hygienic and more socially acceptable way to get the nic into my body. It also satisfies my habit with regards to the hand to mouth gesture, inhaling, exhaling a cloud of something, TH, etc.. It does have it's "fun" moments and one of those is marking off the days/weeks/months on the calendar since I quit analogs. The most fun things for me are: not coughing, whiter teeth, being able to sing again, laughing without hacking up my socks, not smelling like the back end of a dead rhinoceros, and my wife kissing me more and longer because my breath is SO much better! Oh, and not worrying so much about lung disease/cancer is pretty cool too! Good luck newb, you can quit if you want it!

Vajping does get frustrating and you can get bored with it fairly soon. The increased health benefits is the main reason I stick with it. You will eventually learn the easiest way to vape and the most cost efficient. It will never be easier than just lighting up a cigarette. But lets face it cigarettes are nasty and can kill you.

There are mod for sale that can make vaping much easier which produce more vapor, throat hit and longer lasting batteries. You will always have some problems with atomizers. I just keep a large number of them on hand so I can switch out or throw out those not producing good.

If price is the issue, try one of Craig's box mods:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...74-ecigmods-com-only-two-days-left-hurry.html

5v vaping for 23.99

He's also selling the new, still unnamed juicebox type mod for 80 soon.

Have a great day!

Well whether the OP takes your advice or not...I did! just pre-ordered the unnamed juicebox and Im in the 2nd group to receive one. God will I ever stop buying stuff. Im waiting on another autofeeder too (Mr. Puffer). Oh well the upside is I still can pay my bills and i can do a review on which I like the best. Maybe a review between a topfeeder VS a bottomfeeder!:D

I think you should ask yourself several serious questions:

1) Are you truly bored or restless? Maybe still not getting satisfied with just nic...maybe you need to try snus, snuff or dissolvables to get that calm back. (check on the smokeless subforum for all kinds of info.)

2) Is the tediousness of vaping getting to you? I know I'm finding that some days I just don't want to mess with all the bottles, carts, filler, attys, etc...I just want to kick back, relax and vape or smoke or whatever..but my equipment won't cooperate. It's also that everything is sooo small and I'm older and wear reading glasses and have to go find them just to load a cart cause otherwise I can't even see to fill it. And it's tweezers and stuff and cleaning up little drops of juice..etc. Most of the time I'm fine with it and it's kinda like pruning a Bonzai tree..but some days I just have to get out of the house and go chop some wood or dig a ditch or do something that I can just expend some real energy on vs having to make small controlled movements all the time.(Dunno if any of this rings a bell..but just saying..)

3) And lastly I agree with Katya above..you may just be one of those few that is over the whole thing..you've kicked the habit using vaping as a crutch..but no longer are drawn or feel the need to even hassle with that. If so, cool..go with it...nothing says you have to vape or smoke.

For me it's my addictive behavior...I got sober and clean with coffee and analogs over 20 yrs ago...so I am purposely and consciously substituting vaping for the analogs. Someday maybe I can be brave enough to stop it all..but my sobriety is more important to me than my addictive behavior..so for me anyway..vaping is a constructive crutch.

If you have no other "addictions" you may just not need to pursue vaping the way some of us do...dunno..just food for thought.

Mall E Cigarettes are ok to see what vaping is like; however, for best results, go BIG!

There are myriad mods available that use long life batteries and produce copious amounts of vapor. Sure, there's an initial investment; however, it’s quickly paid back by not buying tobacco.

I started with a KR808D-1 (aka Mall E Cigarette), followed by an MKII Screwdriver (much longer battery life, better vapor production), and ultimately advancing to designing and making my own mods; this can be addictive in and of itself! lol

I also mix my own liquids now. All told, that cumulates in countless possibilities for strength, flavor, and vapor production; limited only by one's desire, bank balance, and imagination. lol

Good Luck!

I just wanna vape without the hassle of switching batteries every 2 or 3 hours and changing carts or topping of to dripping every 5 hits.

Someone told me that there is a new cart mod comming out that lasts for about 80 puffs. If I can find a mod that will last 6 to 8 hours and use that cart I will not look back!

know where your comming from....I too am looking for that something.
Been looking but think it will be weeks, months as unfortunatly its not around right now.:(

Have you seen the new RIVA from east mall-60.00 just avail today?
The riva has xl batteries 750mah so lasts longer than tornados 650mah. This is a new-unproven device as of yet no ones used it to report anything.
Also Janty is supposed to have a "supprise" comming soon also based on this new XL battery, but no time frame known for sure as of yet.

I just got my tornado and it is wonderful. As for fiddling with carts, I never minded it much but when a nice someone threw in a free t-tip from the classifieds, I figured I would try it out. I didn't really know why/how they worked and never liked dripping as it seemed more of a hassle to get a drop or two on each side of an atty and seemed impossible with my eyesight and a 510. The T-tip is a marvel, I can even do it without my glasses on (usually) and can drip into it when driving. It is so easy that I am now done with carts and all that topping off. This is a great little invention, check them out on super t manufacturing forum.

Get the Torando for 79 bucks + a drip tip from NHaler for dripping
I have never turned back to the basic 510, no battery draining (a full charge lasts me thoughout a day and I'm a moderate to heavy vaper)

    Best of luck!!

That's not a real problem. You can get a larger capacity e-cig or just buy a PCC. You will have your battery ready everytime. Also you can use a cartomizer instead of carts. But really...Just try and have 5 or 10 minutes once a day to fill some extra carts. If you carry 4 carts you should be covered for a whole day. So, there's always a simple solution... Look it this way: apart from the health benefits there is also hassles that you don't have to put up with when vaping: finding your lighter...the ashtray....the need to vent your home or (like me that never ever smoked indoors) to go outside and smoke...the danger of smoking and driving... come to think of it: i have much less hassles now that when i smoked.

I went ahead and ordered East Mall's version of the eGo XL with 750 mah.

That should be the answer to my battery problem and should last me pretty much all day.

Now, its time to find a better alternative to get flavor without dripping or having to top off cartoz..

Yes, the hassle is alot less than smoking analogs by far I agree with you on that one.. I had to smoke outside also and in the middle of winter!
I quit a few days before xmas so I remember how it was.

I just dont like being distracted with having to do all the switching and dripping when I am busy or trying to relax.
