Getting bored with my 510

I have a Silver Bullet from Altsmoke, and I love it, but I don't want to take it to work cause I'm a plane mechanic and pretty much anything can happen. I don't want to risk ruining it, so I bought another 510(different story there) just to use at work. Only problem is its not doing it for me anymore. I'll get home and hit the SB and be fine, but I just need more for when I'm at work. Considering an eGo, but really I've only looked around Altsmoke's website, so I'm not sure what I could be missing as far as smaller(than a SB) models go.

Any suggestions for a new at-work vape? Also I've got several liquids, some I use more at home than at work, so its not the liquid.

I dunno, the 510 just isn't appealing to me anymore. It was a good start(much better upgrade from the Blu), but now I just need more. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

The rough stack from madvapes. Some of my work tends to destroy any item I might happen to have in my pockets or hands. The RS is about as close to indestructible as anything gets. Put a steel tube carto on it (I like the dual coils lately), and get good vape while not worrying that something might happen to your PV.

Not so much worried about destroying it, just saying why I don't bring my SB to work. I mostly just need a new unit. The 510 was nice, but now its just...meh. I need something more. It's a 3.7v device just like your silver bullet. The short version takes a single 18350 battery (advertized as 1200 mah but actually closer to 900) and the long body takes the same 18650 your SB takes or you can stack a couple of 3.0v 16340s for 6.0v vaping. - So, it should perform much like your SB does plus give you the option of trying out 6.0v

An eGo would be the option I would recommend because it is less bulky and you can use a low res atty to get the power similar to what your used to with your silver bullet.

A Roughstack or Maxi Roughstack(if you want to use a 18650 batt) would be my first choice. The smaller body can be pretty much if not all hidden with the hand. They are inexpensive for a mod and as tuff build quality as anything out there. They aren't the flashiest mod around so you don't have to worry about dinging it up, let the dings add character.

As for the question how does it vape? The same as your SB with the same battery configuration.

There are others as well like the GLV but not as inexpensive with the plain utilitarian look you don't worry about scratching or dinging up.

Riva lite bundle from LF is only 30$ and with 2 750mah batteries will last more than all day.
Ego/Riva is all i have used for almost 3 monthes.
Great at work--keep in shirt pocket (or hand) and no problems yet.
And at that price--don't worry to much about getting any damage at work.

Check out the 102mm batteries for kr808d-1's. Cheap, and two of them will do you for the day. The new carto's that are out now are for sure worth checking out. They'll light you up!

If you like your SB check out the BB, it's the baby brother to the SB and takes a 14500 batt @ 900mah. 1 batt should last all day at work and it runs at a true 3.7v just like the SB. Check out the ego XL (Jumbo) with a 1000mAh battery. It loves you long time with big hits. The 1k batt also has a protect function, so you can disable it, put it in your pocket, not worry about a pocket hit, take it out of your pocket, enable, take
a big hit, put it back...
The jumbo LR attys are super-funtime-awesome, but they don't last as long(my last one went for a month with regular cleaning.
The regular jumbos kick .... too. I'm vaping two that are 3 months old, and I vape constantly.
I just got some blue foam and WOW! These things go for hours.
I would avoid the EGO Tank rig, it's disappointing...
...still keep a few 510s around for special flavors.

A DIY box mod is cheap enough to destroy and replace and you can even go VV pretty cheap.

I carry a couple 510's with cartos full of 36mg Dekang Camel. The cartos produce more vapor than the carts for the 3-piece setup. I don't usually want to chain vape this strong combo so it is perfect for work. If you do this be sure to get a geniunne JOYE 510 carto in WHITE. You can hold the carto up to a bright light and see when you got it filled with juice.

You could get some of those cheapie box mod kits at madvapes. Solder them up, keep a couple in the car, tear one up, go get another one. You might also want to look at the e-power also at madvapes.
