I would say look into the kayfun systems, or think of what you want from an rda, or if your not into rebuildables, check out Aspyres gear.

Do you have any friends that are more experienced than you who are into RBA that will maybe lend some of their older vaping gear. If not just go to a local vape shop and hang around and ask questions and then go online and do a little research on the item to see what other people are saying about that product.

For clearmizers - MVP20w or iStick. cheapish and gives you a much better vape, especially with something like a nautilus bvc on it.

For rebuidables:
First things first, learn battery safety and ohms law and how it relates to vaping. work safely!
get something like a 30w or 50w mod, good authentic batteries and charger from a reputable dealer like RTDVapor (if the mod takes replaceable batteries)
a few clone RDAs - Magma, Plumeveil, Trident/Patriot are good starter attys - allow for single coil but can do dual coil when you get comfortable building singles and get wicking down
a kayfun lite plus v2 clone - some times tanks are more convenient to use
some 28ga and 26ga kanthal wire from amazon (lightning vapes usually goes for around $8 for 100ft).
You can get organic cotton from CVS or Rayon or Japanese Cotton from amazon ( I prefer JC, but to each their own - rayon is more noob resistant).
Get juice in a lower nic
Any of the stuff you dont use that you buy you can get verified here on the classifieds and recoup most of your cost, or sell on ebay(?)
