Ok I'm still new started on cheep e-cigarettes from Walmart
they did help me get off cigs
then I went to a ego 650 mah ce4 loved it
Now on ego 1300 mah with MT3 love it even more
cutting nic back to .8 ml still loving it
I may never give up vaping but I will give up nic .
Just hope I'm getting it right

Way to go. For me, getting off nic is not an issue...yet, anyway. My main concern is staying away from cigs. And so far, I'm doing it. Keep it up.

I have been smoke free for about 4 months now. My GF still smokes and is always offering me one. Every once in awhile I take her up on
one. I have no idea what I use to like so much analogs. They taste like .... to me now.

Awesome job! I just quit a couple weeks ago. Just like Scottzilla, the smell and taste of an analog is repulsive.

Congrats!!! I quit the analogs two weeks ago yesterday and haven't had one since. Whatever works for you.. just keep at it!! GOOD for YOU!

That is great!! I am still at a relatively high dose 12-18mg but whatever it takes to stay off cigs! Keep up the good work.
