No idea about the files, I'm quick and dirty ;)

But seriously, drill out your chalice. I thought it was too expensive to drill out, and I sold it because I was unhappy :( I'm looking for another again.

It's not made that way, but bottle to rda is an open flow pathway... If the air hole is too tight, some suction is quite possible

I would not suggest getting a screwdriver anywhere near your hole. Using screwdrivers as a means of getting to the hole is a completely different conversation.

I... Don't even know how to dirty or non- dirty respond to that man. Lol

I used fine point diamond bit, it tapers to a point, on a dremel to open my chalices. Fits inside the stock hole and slowly opens it up. Because it fits in the stock hole there is less chance or damage unlike having a drill bit walk across the surface.

Were you happy you opened the Chalices up a little? I'm not talking much, just a schoche and really only to free up that very tail end of the draw so I don't get that feeling I'm creating a vacuum.

If I take it easy I don't even notice it but if I am going back and forth between that rda and say a dual 5/64th Stillare...like I said, I'm sure I'm just being greedy and hitting it too hard.

Gotcha, I've heard people talk about tiny round files that may be used for making jewelry and such which work well for stuff like this. I may look into that and test on an RM2 cap.

Thanks for the guidance!

There are small bead files you can get at Michaels or a craft store. I used diamond ones for my RM2, 3 cyclones and 2 SS hornets - (very thick caps). Works just fine without the fear of overdoing it.

And I'm not commenting on the rest of the stuff here.:lol:

Sometimes when I refill my bottle and use my sausage fingers I close the bottle extremely tied to the point where the juice gets sucked back into the bottle when squanking.

As Nerak said maybe just the bottle that has to be loosend a hint?

Try loosening the cap on your bottle just a bit.

You can also flush out the tubing and connector. Sometimes it can get blocked. Fill a bottle with water and with your RBA off hold your REO over the sink upside down and squirt water out the connector. Make sure it is clear.

Yes very happy with it. To me the stock hole was just to small and I'm vaping 1.2 ohm coils not even sub ohm.
