Clyde put the o-ring back on the brass connector if you have it off. Make sure when you tighten the brass connector down you tighten it as tight as you can get it by hand. If done right the o-ring will look compressed a bit. If it's on tight enough when you go to take it off again you'll have to use a towel or something to get it off.

I already use a towel to get it....oh, wait, sorry.

I'll keep monitoring it today to see if that just wasn't the filling up atty leakage earlier. When it was acting up before, it would misbehave a few hours after I assembled it. It it leaks later on, I'll dump the juice and try the brass o ring then.

So, cartos at 3.7 or 6v today? I honestly can't decide....

6V or 3.7V...no leaking...6V is bliss IMHO :p:p:p

Or, maybe both. May load up for 6v, but throw in a high drain 18650 in my satchel just in case.

I thought it was also cool when I first filled up the tank with the carto and put the lid on. Thinking that I may need to prime the carto, I took the lid off and noticed that half the juice in the thank was gone (empty carto). It was if the carto polished off half the tank with a long, satisfied slurping sound....:)

Dang, think I just lost a carto this morning. May have screwed it in too tight when replacing the batteries. Good thing I've got 13 more of them, whew!

I'll have to be gentler with them here on out.

Oh, and it's not putting out the same vape right now. Maybe I've overfilled it, but usually when this happens, it means leak city is the next stop. Guess the AFS will stay home today while I take something else to work.

No leaks, only minor seepage yesterday when installing second carto. The initial lack of vape was probably caused by overfilling the afs and trying to put on the two top parts together instead of separately. (Rookie mistake, but hey, sometimes I get in a hurry.) Towards the last half of the tank the carto was steaming like a freight train on 6 and 3.7v.

One of the things I noticed was that the carto was a bit lopsided (not sticking straight up in the middle of the tank) after installation. This occurred again after I disassembled and reassembled the tank, and making sure it was snug on the brass piece. I was able to manually move the top part of the carto to the middle of the tank by hand with no apparent problems. Not sure if this is due to a faulty carto or if they all do this. But as long as it/they vape, it is not a problem.

Going out to the western part of the state this weekend to see my freshly buried dad and other relatives that have passed on. Think I'll take my AFS, despite my recent minor concerns with it. Wish me luck.

Yeah, I read that. How do you add extra filler? Remove the second top ring and stuff in down from the top?

the white soft rubber top (that is if you have the turbo carts) is removed, then I push aside the filler with small tweezers and push done a long narrow piece until it reaches the hole.

I suspected. I wonder if you can take out the fluval and replace it with blue foam so it won't sear or burn....

blue foam is too coarse IMHO, liquid will not "stick". The fluval does not burn, it is the inner tube's wick stuff that get's black when the carto is vaped when dry or used on too high voltage

Here is the setup I am using with my 2 v2's. They are awsome at 5v and zero leaks....

Nice video, young man! Still loving the cartos on mine. No leaks or seepage. And it's not bad at all on 3.7v.

Twas nice to take mine halfway across the state all day without having to worry about juice or batteries.

good to hear!! now stop looking at those third rate alternatives ;-) Vape, enjoy the GG ride!!!!!
