Can't say about madvapes, but I know that Wordup carries good quality. I've used them to make feeder adapters for REO's; modded them for volt meters, and used them in PV's I've made....never had a single issue. But, that's just my experience....other folks may have different luck


Adapters

Every time you use any adapter the insulator/gasket gets compressed. If it's thin it's easier for them to split. I'd rather spend 4 bucks at WU and have more confidence in their performance.

I just looked at the ones I got from GP, they are exactly the same as those. Same thick clear silicone looking insulator. same exact model number etched in the same place. I'm just letting ya know.

I wouldnt get too down about it because I do think that the iatty will be a bit too much work for some people and they will quickly run back to there chinese atties, I know that I will be using a combination of both(more than likely anyways) but this is not plug and play, but then again, you can set up a bunch of wicks and coils at once and set them aside so that will help some people. I just want to be clear that I am not talking trash or anything like that, I am just saying that I think the iatty will require an investment in time that some will not be willing to give. So for those reasons I think that you will be able to get one. Cant wait to fire mine up though!
