Mrs.Cat & Sakis, Thank ya kindly, everything we stand for eh? The credit goes to Miss Bunny for the wonderful work :) I just picked out the photos is all And a special Thanks to Andy for the Great photography:):):)

Rejoice, beautiful tip, your absolutely right, a video for newcomers and the mechanically challenged (such as myself;)) would be very helpful indeed.

Weg, I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say that We're all looking very forward to it!

I have had another stick button issue today. I cleaned with the sandpaper and no help. Sakis, I did the other thing that you had told me and no help.

I than decide to clean the threads. I took the button apart and there was some stuff on the button thread. I cleaned it and put it all back together.
She is now working great. You have to take apart to get to the button threads.

A video of how to do this would be helpful. I figure it out. Anyway if nothing works. This has worked for me. I took the button apart two times before I noticed the dirt on those threads.

When you say button's threads rejoice you mean the threads that button has at its botton to the point that the nut is screwed? You unscrew the nut under the button?

No,I mean those threads that are under the button. Remove the white looking screw and than take the button out. Did not need any cleaning on the nut.
"I said the threads",but after really thinking about it there is no threads".
It only looks like threads, because of the dirt.

There was the black greenish color stuff on the button top.
Where it meets directly with the GG outside. This is hard to explain. Since I do not know what to call this.

Mostly caused by e-liquid on my hands ,when touching the button.
It cannot be cleaned out, unless one takes the button out.
I think this black greenish stuff was causing the button to hang.

I quess it could be cleaned out .but not good with the button attached.

You are very welcome my dear Ikenbunny,
I was happy to help you ----
as I said, we are all family here
and we all help each other out,
whenever we can ,
we have so much love in this place,
it is good to share it whenever we can, ---

I also agree that a newbie introduction to the GG would be an excellent addition to our reviews arsenal.
Go for it Wegs, -------

altho I think that a lot of it has already been done,
in other stuff from Iken, Tim, and Sakiss,
maybe just a case of getting it all together into one place for the newbs to access it easier,
then adding whatever is needed
to complete the introductions to GG.

sticky thread perhaps with only posts of,

1 - how to use your GG,----
putting it together, battery options,
cart filling and usage, etc ---

2 - maintenance of your GG, ----
cleaning, polishing, care of the brass end caps,
keep your button firing , etc, ----

thoughts for discussion anyway --------- :thumb:

Di, putting all the info together is a fabulous idea.

Imagine being a new GG owner and the forum goes down as it did yesterday !

If all the info was together, it could so easily be copied and pasted into your own manual.

We could then all own our own GG Bible which we could update as more and more information, hints and tips become available..

aaaah, cat,

with all of the expertise distributed amongst our brilliant GG family,
we are an absolute wealth of knowledge and talent----

This would be a brilliant idea,
and the whole thing could be downloaded and stored on PC,
or even printed out, for liesurely reading.

we are brilliant, and as a family we shine !!!!!!!

Hmmm?

I did my part scouring the forum for GG reviews.

Do I hear a volunteer for scouring the GG forum for the most helpful posts toward GG troubleshooting, maintenance, and upkeep?

Or should it be a "start over" type of thread with on-the-go posts?

Of course, this thread is suppose to do that isn't it? :D

Hahaha... yeah, well... we do tend to get off topic a bit.

I'll volunteer to help. I've read (nearly) every post in this forum anyway.

Some guidelines??

we really need both mamu,

then new ones added as they are produced...........

not a small job I am thinking .............

Hi guys! I have been testing the 3.7 volt and the results are in!! Each battery seems to last almost 6 - 9 hours!! Even after vaping for that long I stuck it on the the multimeter and it read over 3.8 volts! I think I may need to clean my switch hehe!

That means the Trans will last 18-27 hours? very nice result you made Tribal!!!:thumb:
