now my question is you can get the whole transformer for 12 more pounds than the GG grant?
that would be fantastic. how much for the gold ends and adapters with the whole transformre set?
I want to know too also is there a battery charger for GG that can charge using USB?
I found batteries that have a usb themselfs so they get charged without a charger. You just put them on the usb. I will check their mah and volts

Apparently the internal resistance of those batteries is <=120 mOhms. No idea if that's ok ?

Thats a great idea Tribal, lol needless to say as of yet, no there isn't. But thinking of a specially made end cap to support usb charging would be a very difficult feat to accomplish.

Isn't there even a standalone charger you can take the batteries out of GG and put into to charger and then plug that into USB? If not its not the end of the world, there are more mains sockets around than USB sockets and if not at home I can charge using my 12 volt inverter, multi purpose emergency car charging device with built in mains socket or solar power through said multi purpose emergency car charging device with built in mains socket

Trans nano is at 95 pounds (stays the same, Grant 107 and Giant 120 pounds. The gold caps are at 25 euros per pair
The more cost is for the 2 more metal pieces with threads in front and behind, and not for the knowledge and the invention

What kind are they? cr123a or 17335? I saw that they are out of stock the 17335. If you take 17335 can you meassure the length and width fred?

Fred - when you get the batteries would you please post and let us know the difference in battery duration you are getting with them?
Of course, that's what I planned to do. Charge time & battery duration.

Just read your response to Sar in my GG Review - first week impressions thread.
The guy answered you and insinuated the GG was a mod. I think he just didn't know the difference. I let him know it was not "modified" after anything - that it was an original hand-crafted design.
