Hello Imeo,

I've a problem with the penelope V4 clear tank.
The inner diameter of the cleartank is so small that the air bubbles do not rise to the top.
It does not flow another liquid in the atomizer and he runs dry.
If I close the liquidcontrol fully the bubbles rise up and liquid flows.
The atomizer tastes good again.
After a while vaping the same again.

No, I use 80% PG / 20 % VG.
The inner diameter cleartank is 15,3 mm.
The diameter liquidcontrol is 13,9 mm.
The difference is 1,4 mm but is it round, so you have 0,7 mm on the side.
Thats not enough space for floating liquid.
Sorry Imeo, the clearwindow is not really useable :-(

Is here everybody who has the same problems?

Imeo, this answer doesn't satisfy me.
I think 80/20 is not a thick liquid and the most of people doesn't vape only PG.
I would have expected that you are thinking about to make the liquidcontrol (mouthpiece) or the cleartank thinner.
I can't believe that it is ok for you, that you sell something that doesn't work!

If it doesnt work exactly as you expect then its not ok with me Jail. But the thing is that a lot of people asked for a clear tank for Penelope. I knew that the room was small but I didnt imagine that it wouldnt work with all liquids. In fact I didnt test it, But I thought that it wouldnt be a problem. If you want to return it to your seller its ok with me, no worries.

I hope its only you with that issue. But if there are other customers with the same issue then they can do the same as you. I dont like to see my customers unsatisfied.

I'm afraid jailman is right imeo :( I tried to take a picture ... The bubbles are stuck and the juice flow is not optimized. See the picture. Too bad, the undressed peny is very sexy !!

I'm not sure, but maybe polishing the inside of the tank (and the outside for a nice crystal clear appearance)
could help to the air bubbles to flow up.

This is how a polished tank looks like:

i'm not sure if this is the same problem i'm having. i am using the regular metal body though. every time i build my penny v4 it's good for the first couple hits and then it starts tasting weird and getting dry hits. there is also a weird harsh taste on the exhale. i can especially feel it if i exhale through my nose. i've tried building it with a regular coil, parallel coil, twisted, and it happens no matter what. i have also tried different wicking setups but no luck there either. is anyone else having similar problems?

Hi Ariel, can you please explain in details how you would do that?

It is a simple process, I used the same polishing compound / cream that I use to polish the stainless steel parts.

Just put some polishing cream on a rag or microfiber cloth, then polish the clear tank as if it was a stainless steel tank, I did it by hand, turning the tank with one hand while holding the microfiber cloth with the other hand, it takes like 20 minutes.

Same with the internal of the tank, Insert one finger covered with the microfiber cloth and polishing cream, and with the other hand turn the tank.

Some friends used toothpaste instead the polishing cream.

Could you post a picture of your Tilemahos setup (wick / coil arrangement)?

(I think it could be a matter of wick quantity and wick placement in the channels).

I don't want to return it, because I like the clearwindow very much. I want help you to improve your products and to find a solution for this problem.
Thank you for the suggestion Jail and thats exactly what I want from you. You did very well. But I gave you this solution because I dont have another one. Maybe another friend around may have a solution that I cant think off :)
