Hi Torque, few questions, can you please post pictures of all the woods. I can't seem to get the right tone of every wood there is. Second is a false battery going to be included? and Third by how much the thickness of the TB increased? I might be interested in one, I just need to be sure of the exact look. Thanks for your great work

diameter will be increased about 2mm aal. GGTB is 20mm and it will go at 22mm

Ambonya burl just like yours
Is Fed-ex or Ups or other courier option contemplated? I know it will be expensive (around $70) but with USPS it would take forever to arrive and go through our customs (it is legal but they keep the wares for weeks!). Couriers have privileged faster channels.

Hi folks. Hope you all had a Blessed and Joyous Christmas. I spent it at home with the family. My wife made the traditional fried bacala, linguine ali olio al dente, sautéed broccoli with bacon, home made focaccia, a nice red Malbec and then Duke and I washed it all down with some liquid apple pie from the mountains of Kentucky.

Duke had a little too much to drink, as usual...

Today I started to sort out and trim all the veneers I have in anticipation of starting to epoxy some soon.

I've sorted them according to color from light woods to dark. The Amboyna burl is spectacular. These woods are all dry and will darken up and the burl will be enhanced once the finish is put on. Once these are finished, I will shoot the actual one you will get. The list is just to give me an order of which to make first

The striped Mahogany is a nice reddish hue and the Birdseye Maple is almost pure white.

The Walnut Crotch Burl is absolutely majestic and my iPhone just doesn't do it justice.

I will also have a few Sterling Silver plated and engraved for those that want them that way. The Silver Plating is done by an old timer that does work for Williamsburg. Its a tough plating thats used for silverware and certified Sterling.

I'll ship it any way you want, no worries. What part of Italy? My Grandparents were from Asti, Rome, Southern Rome and Asturias Spain. So, I am 3/4's Italian, 1/4 Spaniard, born in Buenos Aires and raised in NYC!

Imeo, all I can say is thank you and know I won't profit from your generosity, I will pass them on to the prior people that supported my early prototype attempts. Sounds like you had a wonderful and tasty holiday! Love the pic of Duke .

I'm going to stick with my original choice of the walnut crotch burl in a satin finish...looks amazing!! And I wouldn't mind another one in something different but I don't want to bogart so we'll wait and give others a chance first.
