Sacker, nice comparison:)

Empire mod is small without the ability to be longer adding CT and CR on it. But GG has the ability to reduce its length by removing CT and CR from it. Also we dont use adapters any more with the 4 in 1 connector on GGTS like you have to do with empire or any other mod:)

Air control will be copied for sure like the telescope was copied by Empire mod and other mods too. I know that it will happen again but its enough for me to see others copying my work. It means a lot to me:)

these 2 have different varietals in : construction, type of metal used. both telescopic

I'd say Empiremod's is a close comparison for height of the smallest 18650 with the exception that with Empire, that you wouldn't need to buy an additional part to make it smaller like on the GG, as with Empire all you would need is an adapter (atty connection adapter, if you didn't care for the native 901)

though with a GG, for versalities, it wins, I dont think anyone will beat the air control functions in GG for a long time, unless they actually copied the concepts.

both have an AW RED IMR in it , with the height screwed on without over hand torque'ing it.

I dont have a measure tape so just look at the pic

I do like alot of the GG versalities for sure... the above pic just needs another stealth ring to make it for for an 18490 battery , this is currently 18350 with a spacer in it. Though I only have 1 gg atm, so working with what I have, the SS don head cap fits on your 4 in 1 perfectly for the 306.

That, and of course the GGTS looks WAY better than the empire :)

I did a side by side with the P18 and the GGTB. The GG was slightly shorter in length and I much prefer the side button. I like to stand my machines on end at my desk and the p18's button interfered or went off. It also went off in my shirt pocket all the time.

What I had to do was remove the button, chuck it up on a lathe and cut it below the surface of the protrusion of the horns.

Then I rounded the button to follow the curvature of the horns. Tough to do for people that don't have a lathe.

The p18 is now my car mod. It sleeps in here. Her name is Angelika my German girlfriend. The only one my wife let's me have.

TS is thicker because of its telescope Vanhalen. We added 1 more thread there. TS could be much thinner if it was a simple tube:)

oups, womble already mention that

Oh I completely understand why its thicker and I did not mean it as anything bad. The precise is a purpose built device for one size battery only so it can be made as thin as possible for that battery. The TS obviously is much more versatile accepting a ton of batteries. I like em both :)

How about that, I didn't even notice the four-in-one cap till you mentioned it! One question though, is a 901 supposed to thread on to it or do I still need the rethreader? The outside threads on the 4-n-1 are too wide to fit a 901.
