They won't be produced until after Chinese Spring Festival so we're going to be waiting for a while. If they fixed the wicking problem then I might be tempted to try them, otherwise it's just a bigger version of the CE2's.

Chinese Spring Festival is on 3 Feb this year. Keep in mind that's when they say they'll start production, not when it will be released for sale.

The problem is that it probably won't deliver a bigger hit. It's just going to be an extra big CE2 tank that will hold more juice. Nothing more, nothing less. Like I said before, if they fix the wicking problem I might bite.
