PURCHASING AND GIVING A GIFT CERTIFICATE
!. Just go to JuicyLiquid.com and select gift certificate. You will receive an email confirming that you purchased it.
2. We will then approve the gift certificate (we're not going to NOT approve any, it's just the way our software requires that we do it) and you will receive another email saying your certificate is active.
3. Click the link in the second email, and you will be prompted to log into your existing account or create a new account if you do not already have one.
4. The gift certificate will be applied to YOUR account. On the left side of the screen, under the heading "shopping cart" you will now see your gift certificate balance and a button that says "send a gift certificate."
5. Click "send a gift certificate" and enter the email of the person to whom you are sending the gift certificate. You may split up the amount and send to more than one person if you choose, or you may keep part for yourself and send part to a friend.
RECEIVING AND USING A GIFT CERTIFICATE
1. You receive an email saying "[your friend's name] has sent you a gift". Open it!
2. Click on the link. You will be prompted to log in to your existing account or create an account if you do not already have one.
3. On the left side of the screen, under the heading "shopping cart" you will now see your gift certificate balance and a button that says send gift certificate.
4. When it's time to pay, enter the amount that you would like to use from your gift certificate in the little box. Do not enter anything in the box that says redemption code, or you will get a message saying "invalid gift certificate." If this happens, your gift certificate is NOT invalid. Just make sure there is nothing in the redemption code box and put your amount in the other box. It will work!
5. You do not have to use your entire gift certificate at once. Any remaining balance after your purchase will still be in your account when you return.
6. If you choose to, you may send all or part of your gift certificate to someone else by clicking "send a gift certificate."
