I would like my Billet Box engraved with my tattoo which is a hook necklace my Dad was wearing when he died along with a Maile Band to signify respect and honor. Oh my, these are just so beautiful! Since it already "looks" steampunk when you open it, and I love everything steampunk, that is what I would like. I have some pics just for reference here....

a compass on the front, like this........or kind of like this....

with some little gears, perhaps a clock face and things that kind of work into the design.......

on the back and sides....maybe tiny lil gears or another design, common to the design idea, fairy or insect or something pretty...

That would be the most beautiful thing ever!
