Giving it another go... Couple ?'s

I began using an m401 ecig back in 2009. Needless to say it didn't work for me. Draw was hard battery life sucked etc etc. Fasfoward 3 years and I was still smoking. My wife and I had a baby girl last may and I know I needed to give it another shot. I decided to quit screwing around with mini's and grabbed a lava tube and vivi nova and smoketech tank. My equipment so far has been great, I'm just over a month in and doing well. now to the questions.

1. im struggling to kick the first cig of the morning (went from a pack a day to 1 cig in the morning) any tips for getting past this last hurdle?

2. I haven't found any juices I love. I've got a few loran flavoring I add to make my current juices vapable for me. Ideally I want to just have juice I enjoy without the hassle. I mostly add cinnamon to everything. So far I've tried:

Most of these I vape with flavoring added I just don't know where to look next. I'm frustrated I haven't found anything I love.

Do you like the taste of watermelon? I mean REAL water melon?

I tried some water melon flavored juice from Hoosiers E Cig Supply just for the hell of it and it now is my all day vape. It funny how that can happen so keep trying different flavors and it will happen to you too.

As far as that fist one in the morning goes get some of this stuff with WTA in it- Whole Tobacco Alkaloid WTA Eliquid Ejuice

and use that first thing in the morning when you would normally have that cigarette you are trying to avoid. This worked GREAT for me and I haven't has an actual cigarette since April.

Congrats on getting down to one!!! That's fantastic. Try chain vaping a little in the morning just a little to get past the craving. You might want a higher nicotine content first thing in the morning. Just a thought.

Hey man congrats on getting down to one!

I had the opposite problem, I couldnt kick the cigarette before bed. I did what NickB128 suggested and just used a high mg nic liquid and hit it long and hard for about 30 minutes and I was good to go. It took a little getting used to but it did work for me!

Congrats on your progress, it aint easy. I had the same problem with waking up to a smoke. For me, I replaced the first of the day with a quick dripping session (something about the ritual worked better for me than just grabbing a carto and vaping). Once up and about my regular gear worked fine.

On the juices thing. If you like tobacco flavors with a bit of sweetness, Alien Visions "Boba's Bounty" and "Gorilla Juice" are great and I also like Ikenvape RY4 Gold (VG). For fruit flavors, just too many to list but if you like Rawr "Antidote" you may also like "Truth Serum". If you like butter rum on a tobacco base, Juicy Vapors "After Dinner D'Lite" is one of my favs.

Best advice is to find one you can (even if not ideal) stick with awhile and get little samples from a bunch of vendors.

Thanks everybody. I suppose the morning thing is just a part of the habit that needs broken. It's all mental I don't really even enjoy it.
As far as juice I have been avoiding sample packs vw cause I feared being stuck with a bunch I hate but I guess that would be better than the 15, 20 , and 30ml bottles I'm stuck with now. Does anyone remember the original riskee yuice that puresmoker used to sell ? Any alternatives?
I'm also thinking of trying some vanilla and also a peppermint Creme, any recommendations?
