It's been about a year and a half since I've vaped so I've had to order all new stuff (can't find half of my old electronics for some reason). I placed my Tasty Vapor order late Wed night, accidentally ordered the Strawberry & Cream with all PG so I called yesterday mid morning to see if it could be changed. The gal I talked to on the phone was very nice and put a note on my order about the change. Well, I already got my order today and everything is perfect.

Thank you so much!! Now I'm all set for my new e-cig to arrive on Monday

Had an issue with an order I received today and it was promptly fixed by Kelly in the online help.

Been ordering from TV for at least 2 years now and I've only had one issue before this one...both were taken care of promptly.

That's how you keep customers...well, and the awesome juice obviously.
