I dont have any drip tips of Dolphins, or charms... the charms need a little smaller 0 ring which I have.

To me, it sounds like a bracelet like attachment that would fit your PV or Atomizer, that have little trinkets attached to them.

It's more of a blue/green color with white swirls. I was thinking may something along the lines of a blue/green color with some white/smokey swirls. I'm not exactly sure what form factor would fit the idea the best, nor do I know if it's even feasible do a drip tip in that manner.
