This is interesting:

I keep wishing I could see inside my rda to decide if to add some more liquid.

A few days ago I took off my cap and watched the juice that fell out and I was counting the money falling out.
Today I took the cap off and the wick was whiter than I expected; absorbed alot of juice.

the drip tip would get really hot and I think It would prob look kinda nasty too w/ all the condensation. that is interesting tho, just not for me

Seems to me one could make a glass window topcap instead of an all glass topcap, sort like this kind of thing

i've got 2 of them for my Patriots. each is slightly different. the air holes are set higher and the tip is longer on one than the other. the thickness of the glass varies as well. the tip stays cooler and it also has better flavor than my metal caps... JMO

Here's a thread of early adopters who bought them at ECC. A few issues and inaccurate assumptions (like the designed in China/made in the US misrepresentation), some of which I had concerns about... but for the most part, they seem satisfied.

They have some custom clear top caps for some RDAs like the patriot, IGO-W, and Nimbus for instance. I'm sure there is a ton. They are made of some clear polycarbanate. Its pretty cool you can see right through it. Might be worth looking to see if there is one for your RDA
