Just popping in too get some ideas for my order. I do have a question, is there a difference between sweet and amazing strawberry?

Also how are the hand turned ice cream flavors?

Since no one else has posted an answer, then I will.

Sweet Strawberry is a different combination of fruits with Strawberry being the most predominant one. Its interesting how many flavors work well with Strawberry as there are at least 3 different ones in each of those flavors! Your question prompted a hint!


The Hand Churned Ice Cream flavors are a taste of real fruit in a sweet Ice Cream base that reminds me of the "Good Old Days".

I've only had the Amazing Strawberry and its the only strawberry flavor I've had that doesn't taste perfumey, if that's a word, but it has almost a creamy note to it. It's hard to describe so I would say try it, you'll like it!

This Sale and the subsequent listing by Joe has really gotten my business off to a HUGE start. It was Totally unexpected, to say the least!
A super favor by a kind friend.

I'm not complaining about being slammed.. I guess that I'm bragging, in a way. Fortunately, I had all the materials necessary to make all the juice. The only thing I was short on was bottles.
All the juice ordered is made and Pre-steeping. I order A LOT of bottles and, as soon as they arrive, all the juice will be waiting for packageing and shipment.

Thanks to all my friends, supporters and customers for a TERRIFIC start to the New Year.

P's I'm the guy from post 170ish about steeping. I literally smelled the bottles walking up to the mailbox. I remember walking into the bedroom with the unopened package, and wife said damn that smells amazing.

I'm hesitant to answer a question like this because I don't want to be a jerk and withhold information, but I'm not going to say what is in either juice besides Strawberry. Sweet Strawberry was inspired by my Grand-Nephew John and the many fruit flavors that he likes. I almost named the juice "John's Strawberry".

In general, this is my philosophy about Flavoring:
Why use one brand of Strawberry when I have two or three by different companies? Why use just Strawberry when flavor X usually tastes SO good with Strawberry? Why combine two Flavorings when I also like Flavor Y with Strawberry?

The key to EVERY juice I make is complexity! I combine MANY flavors in different percentages and that makes each juice have depth, complexity and many different flavor notes over time.

I taste a bit of Flavor X at one point in time, and Flavor Y at another time.

I usually go on too much about my juices and I'm doing it again. No one is going to duplicate any of my juices.. No one! But they will discover some Great Tasting juice while trying!!! Go for it, my friends and you will be rewarded with some great recipes of your own,

In general, my Philosophy is... Why use ONE Flavoring when you can use Two ???? Or Three ??
