the guy users NR wire, and has a sloppy wrap. i think i could free hand a better coil. but id like to try something a tad more advanced. MC perhaps??

1- Morning all, busy day today with my Pain Management appt today. Funny when the doc looks at you and asks you what to do next.

rebuilt by first vivi and protank. pretty simple. did a MC w/30g around a RDA screwdriver (small, but bigger than my tiny drill bit) about 6-8 wraps for 1.3ohm. My target resistance!!!! on my first try!

not as easy as an IGO, less space to work with and cant leave legs to add or remove wraps. I used a very small cotton ball twist and its vaping well! good flavor, decent vapor and an added throat hit (that i dont love).

the vivi head i did a touching wrap of 30g around two 2.5mm silica wicks. unsure as to the resistance until i get home, as i did not bring a vivi with me, just a couple heads.

how should i rebuild the next vivi and protank heads? i have one of each remaining with me at my desk

any good tutorials on ecf (not video) for rebuilding vivi and protank heads?

i know Snarf used a vert coil in the protank? id like to give it a try while at work, but cant watch a video for instruction. i think i understand the basic concept, but could use some advice before i take a crack at it

I've been hesitant to make a blog post on vertical Protank coil builds, the coil itself is easy but I've had leaking on everything but the Protank V1. I am starting to suspect the other tanks (Dbox Puritank and G-50), the same head will work great on the original Kanger Protank but leak a little on the others. This makes little or no sense to me... anyways, I'll try to take some pics soon and make a blog tutorial. In the meantime, there is plenty of info the regular coil building method. Good luck!

the nova head came to 1.4!!! not bad. dont have juice with me to fill it, sooooooooooooo ill report back tomorrow on it.

i def wanna try the vert coil!!
how do you bend the top wire back down thru the bottom? does it touch the coil?

tonight, we will get the xmas tree. after dinner alst night while en route to get a tree we realized we left the base at home.

this holiday season feels so much more chaotic than previous years.....
