Well I have a minute to fill you all in(if you care) if not move along....nothing to see here....
First off thank you for the support & well wishes......I wasn't expecting all of this....
the long story...I tried to make short....
I went to a new Chiro this morning..I haven't been to one in over 2 years since I can maintain it mostly by myself....my hip is crooked and has been for many years and it makes my right leg shorter and I am unable to bend when it goes too far out. I am usually able to keep it equal with daily stretches & the likes, but something has been building up for about 10 days now and my shoulder went. I was unable to do my usual stretches the same way...so I was hoping he could pull it out and allow me to stretch it right. Needless to say x-rays were taken....even though I didn't want them(he was afraid there was something else wrong)....or need them, as they showed there was nothing wrong with the spine short of a little curvature.....When he attempted to do my hip the bone hit the bottom of my rib...so now my ribs are sore along with the leg & lower back pain I had yesterday.....I am supposed to go back Monday & he will try to do it differently...but I am doing ice to get the inflammation down. I need to rest and take it easy....I hope he can get it right then....If not I will have to find another chiro......After all that I had to mess with insurance stuff....that is a whole big mess all on it's own.....I dislike DR's & medical stuff....but the pain is less and that is what I needed...

I liked that in support if your trying to lose the weight. But please don't starve yourself in an attempt to lose weight.

LD, if nothing else you must eat well and keep up your spirits.It will be no good if you get yourself sick from lack of nutrition.
lilblue1 , sorry to hear you are not feeling as good as expected but as you said you are feeling a little better so its a start. It will take a little time just like it did when it was getting worse i am sure.

It's the end of Thursday and I truly thought it was Wednesday, so really I get a short week, lol
2: Agreed, most people do not know what the body does like dog's do. Ever seen a dog circle around before laying down? They do so because their ancestors had to stomp down the tall grass to find a place to rest, it is in the genes. People have the same type of "remembrance" from our ancestry. Food was scarce and there were plenty of famines, so if you cut back to much the body goes "Oh my gosh a famine!" and stores/saves all it can making the diet worthless if taken to far.

My weight loss is unrelated to today's accidental abstention from foodz. it mostly has been being more attentive to my food intake, cutting most unhealthy foods including most fast food and junk foodz
included is a small amount of increased physical activity (mostly between a dancefloor and chasing Levi)
and it was weight i needed to lose. it was all pregnancy weight from when the misses was prego 2 years ago. I put on 25-35 pounds from her 2nd trimester until last year.

"Glassmanoak" 03/27/2014 Update . . .
Okay spoke with GMO" earlier today - Here is what he wants everyone to know . . .
It looks like "GMO" will be in the hospital longer then he wants or expected. He had a few test done after his operation and they have found a few additional "Blood Clots" through out his leg and one near/in his lung. Given this is is going to have to have an additional, if not couple of operations to take care of them. He is expecting to speak with his Doctor some time today to discuss what NEEDS to be done next. Until then nothing else can be done. So "We" will have to wait to see what is going to be happening . . .
"GMO" also wants EVERYONE to know how much he appreciates all "YOUR" Support through this whole process and he will "Stop-in" when he can . . .
I will also have an update soon concerning the availability of The Vape Tree "Premium E-Juice" for everyone to purchase in the next few days . . . Which I know everyone will appreciate being able to get while "GMO" is re-couperating . . .
