Hang in there! Sometimes days are harder than other days, but if you find that one thing that you can ground yourself with, something that will stop you from having that cigatette. For instance; When I finally quit smoking my boyfriend and family was so proud, and when I had a bad day I thought about how proud and happy they were, and also I thought about how long I had went eithout cigarettes. Whether it be one day or a month....each day counts as a victory!

Morning Fam!!

Here is one of my favorite things. STOK Coffee shots. On the occasions when i get coffee from the gas station, i always go to circle K because they give these are free, like the creamers, but much more exciting. I'll add 2-5 shots to a normal cup of coffee with 1/2 a splenda.

on of my coworkers brought in 10 of em this morning. now im all hype
STOK

Actually Caffeine is very bad for me right now since it dries up the bones....and also adds to my knee pain (Bursitis).....but some days I need more just to wake up & get moving......& I think that is what I need to do....it feels better when I move around and don't let it get stiff....

It always seems like you crave the things most that are very bad for you at the time.....
