I would love to have some.....I think it might help me wake up...I know it's still early...but I am having an allergy attack today....it rained most of the evening/night and it seems that the smoke was rising right up here and today my sinuses are very dry....My eyes were almost stuck closed when I tried to get up today.....I never went out yesterday...and today I have to go to the chiro......

Good morning (for most of you)/afternoon (for some of us).
Back to class after a very much needed break last week. Then I'm off again tomorrow because the students are staging a protest and shutting down the campus. I'm really burned out this semester, and I am counting the days until it is over. . . 17 and counting. . .

Do you have cottonwood trees there? They are one of my major allergy triggers. Sheesh... face is itching just thinking about them. Just keep washing your face... even just a splash of water and towel dry to keep as much off your skin as possible

Well there is a park(conservatory) not too far from here.....with almost every kind of tree...but mostly maple & evergreens in this neighborhood.....I have had allergies since I was a baby and I am allergic to grass, trees, smoke, mold, mildew, dust, animal dander....it goes on & on.....

Having a bit of a down day. Luckily these don't come too often anymore. Maybe the dreary weather is affecting my mood...

Several here too. I have learned to deal with the known ones but when a new one crops up, throws me for a loop until we figure out what it is. Very few meds I can take so I don't take any. Think it was you talking about the downstairs neighbor... that is one thing I couldn't handle. Majorly allergic to mj... just being around it and I start wheezing and then everything swells shut. Missed a lot of concerts because of that

yes, I have been dealing it with him smoking for a year now.....the pot thing, only about 6 months now.....last summer was very bad since all of the windows needed to be opened....It is bad and since Medical ......... has been around for at least 5 years and as of this year it is not illegal to sell it...stores will be opening up this summer...everyone will be walking around smoking it..especially since I live next to a bar...and they will be toking before & after going there....But I believe they need to make some kind of ruling about smoking it in apartment complexes...I know I am also allergic to it and that might be why I am stuffy today....I am also feeling a little "high"....

#4. They need to designate a non smoking building in your complex.
Get a letter from your allergy doc that states you are allergic to smoke. Then show the management and ask them to move one of you. I got out of a lease due to methane allergy. They neglected to tel me the dump was close - within a half mile.

That would be great...but when we moved in.....we were smoking....so I would still be on the smokers side of it...LOL...and I am not yet ready to move........I don't know what they are going to do about medical mj(I guess they cut my word out before) in non smoking buildings, but I know they have tinctures and all kinds of baked goods, so it doesn't need to be smoked............

Try to have a good day out and about. Might do you good to get away from the stuff there. Maybe they can move you to another apartment away from the smoke when one opens up? I need to go out today too and all dreary here but will deal with it. Still trying to get mom's house in SC sold and the realtor is at the ER with her son with some nasty stomach virus. Guess some of that stuff is still going around.

Ex came home from work last night, midnight, sobbing. she was fired. stated she did nothing wrong....
i feel bad for her. i really do.
it just strengthens my resolve that i need to distance myself from her. this is the 3rd or 4th time that she has been 'mysteriously' fired from a restaurant in a couple years.
i suggested she try something new...
a call center or retail, something with a set schedule and set pay. Levi needs to be on a schedule, he needs stability.
She is making that very difficult.

Ouch tigger, that sounds like that would hurt. You might want to go get checked out. Dark circles can sometimes mean a skull fracture.
