Today is a day off from Rehab, so, besides juice business, I'm going to take a bath (quite an involved process). I'm also going to do as many laps as possible around the facility as I can. I've gotta keep building muscle!
If I don't push myself, who else will?

I'm working with my doctor to get rid of diabetic and blood pressure medications. I have a healthy diet and I've lost 20 lbs. my blood sugars are below 99 and my BP has been running about 100/45 so it's time to stop the meds@! YEAH!!!
